Após esperar 40 minutos pela entrega do meu pedido, fui reclamar com o atendente (ainda haviam mais 7 pedidos na minha frente). O mesmo foi grosseiro e debochado. Afirmou que comunicaram, no ato do pedido, que o tempo de espera estava mais prolongado do que o habitual e que o problema é que as pessoas não queriam esperar. Chegou a interromper a minha queixa para atender outra pessoa no balcão. Eu afirmei que não recebi tal comunicado e solicitei o cancelamento do pedido. O valor pago foi devidamente devolvido, mas o atendimento foi de péssima qualidade.
Terrible attendance!
After waiting 40 minutes for the delivery of my order, I complained to the attendant (there were still 7 more orders in front of me). The same was rude and mocking. He said that they communicated at the time of the request that the waiting time was longer than usual and that the problem was that people did not want to wait. He even interrupted my complaint to answer another person at the counter. I stated that I did not receive such a communication and requested that the order be canceled. The amount paid was duly returned, but the service was of poor quality.

Porções reduzidas com preços exorbitantes. O pedido feito para duas pessoas mal alimentou uma.
As peças possuíam aproximadamente o diâmetro de 1 dedo.
Os sushis pareciam ter sido feitos com arroz comum, pois se desmanchavam e viravam "arroz solto com sashimi".
Um absurdo! Pagamos R$ 120,00, continuamos com fome e ficamos insatisfeitos!
Frustrating experience with Koni delivery!
Reduced portions with exorbitant prices. The order made for two people barely fed one.
The pieces were approximately the diameter of 1 finger.
The sushi seemed to have been made with plain rice, as it fell apart and became "loose rice with sashimi".
Absurd! We paid R $ 120.00, we are still hungry and we are dissatisfied!
