★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, minha experiência no outlet fora relativamente única. Pois quando tenho em mente o que preciso é mais fácil de encontrar. Minha última loja fora a zinzane, onde já conheço e portanto, excedi o tempo na loja, ou seja, ainda estava lá após das 21h ( horário de fechamento). Contudo, minha compra fora bem rentável para o estabelecimento, meu ponto de crítica é em relação a conduta dos funcionários, pois as atendentes são bem más treinadas... O QUE ME DEIXOU CHATEADA FOI CHEGAR EM CASA E CONFERIR MINHA NOTINHA E VÊ QUE AS DUAS CALÇAS QUE HAVIA DITO QUE NÃO QUERIA FORA COBRADA. OU SEJAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, ALÉM DE TER DADO MAIS DE 1000 REAIS E TER PAGO NO DÉBITO, PAGUEI POR ALGO QUE NÃO QUERIA.
COMO RESOLVO? SEM NOÇÃO.
Well, my experience at the outlet was relatively unique. Because when I have in mind what I need, it's easier to find. My last store was zinzane, where I already know and therefore, I exceeded the time in the store, that is, I was still there after 9 pm (closing time). However, my purchase was very profitable for the establishment, my point of criticism is in relation to the behavior of the employees, as the attendants are very poorly trained... TWO PANTS THAT I HAD SAID I DIDN'T WANT HAVE BEEN CHARGED. OR BE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, IN ADDITION TO HAVING GIVEN MORE THAN 1000 REAIS AND PAID IN DEBT, I PAID FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT.
HOW DO I SOLVE? CLUELESS.

Fui bem atendida no momento da compra, mas a desinformação foi grande.
Uma das várias peças que comprei tinha valor diferente do que foi pago, mas a diferença era pequena e deixei passar. Me ofereceram um cartão da loja, prometendo desconto. Mas hoje ao pagar a fatura vi que o desconto não é nada tendo em vista o que paguei a mais.
Existe uma taxa de 7 reais a cada parcela, que na loja juram que é somente 4 reais e pago somente 1 vez.
Você não recebe aviso de vencimento de boleto, sendo assim, vem os juros.
Enfim, quisera eu ter tido vantagem, mas foi a maior furada!
Não recomendo o cartão dessa loja!!!!!!

One of the several pieces I bought had a different value than what was paid, but the difference was small and I let it go. I was offered a card from the store, promising a discount. But today when paying the bill I saw that the discount is nothing in view of what I paid more.
There is a fee of 7 reais for each installment, which in the store swear it is only 4 reais and paid only once.
You do not receive notice of billing due date, so interest comes.
Anyway, I wish I had taken advantage, but it was the biggest blunder!
I do not recommend this store's card!!!!!!
