★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada!!!! Qualidade abaixou muito... pizza fria e com a massa dura e queimada . Péssimo!! Só falam que vao melhorar mas não fazem nada para reparar erro.
Disappointed!!!! Quality went down a lot ... cold pizza with hard, burnt dough. Terrible!! They only say that they are going to improve but they do nothing to repair an error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de tantos anos, ontem ( 20/09/20) deixamos de sermos clientes da don pomodoro, porque passamos por constrangimento e humilhação. Fizemos o pedido para balcão e saimos para pegar posteriormente no horário previsto e quando retornamos com uns 30 minutos depois, a pizza ainda não estava sendo nem preparada, meu esposo pediu para cancelar o pedido e solicitou o estorno do pagamento, eles demoraram e informaram não terem conseguido, então ele pediu o valor em $$ já que não estavam conseguindo estornar, então a dona disse que não tinha $$, sendo que vimos pelo menos um cliente pagar com uma cédula de R$ 20,00 reais, então ela para nos constranger e humilhar pagou os R$ 29,00 reais com moedas de 0,10 centanos. É triste, vermos como uma empresa assim trata os clientes. Passamos por essa situação e espero que nenhum outro cliente passe por isso...
After so many years, yesterday (20/09/20) we stopped being don pomodoro's customers, because we went through embarrassment and humiliation. We placed the order at the counter and left to pick it up later on the scheduled time and when we returned with about 30 minutes later, the pizza was not even being prepared, my husband asked to cancel the order and asked for the refund of the payment, they took a while and said no they got it, so he asked for the amount in $$ since they were not able to refund, so the owner said she didn't have $$, and we saw at least one customer pay with a R $ 20.00 note, so she stops embarrassing and humiliating us paid R $ 29.00 reais with 0.10 cent coins. It is sad to see how such a company treats customers. We went through this situation and I hope that no other client will go through this ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza comum...já comi muito melhores. E ainda fui comer no local, muito ruim, comi na calçada com muitos carros passando. Entendo q são focados em delivery, mas ter q gostar disso é outra história.
Ordinary pizza...I've had much better ones. And I still went to eat at the place, very bad, I ate on the sidewalk with many cars passing by. I understand that they are focused on delivery, but having to like that is another story.
