Iniciando com um péssimo atendimento. Chegamos com uma criança de 5 anos, a espera por um garçon nos atender chegou perto de 20 minutos, isso porque eu chamei!
Não perguntei o nome, mas o funcionário que nos atendeu era um senhor de óculos muito mal educado. Trouxe um suco que minha neta pediu e simplesmente bateu o copo na mesa, grosseria!
Pedimos um rizoto de frutos do mar. Minha filha informou ao garçon que era somente para duas pessoas, já que ele estava com três pratos para nos servir, seria só pra mim e pra ela, pois meu esposo já estava comendo uma casquinha de siri, segundo ele, uma delícia! O garçom, mal educado disse: "Aqui têm dois“! Com cara de deboche. Depois de iniciar a degustação do rizoto encontro um chumacinho de "pelos" No meu prato, é, parecia um bicho!
Chamei o garçon e relatei o ocontecido e pedi a presença do gerente. O mesmo, de longe nos olhou duas ou três vezes e se recusou a ir até nossa mesa.
Despreparo para resolver problemas.
Sua explicação foi que os mexilhões contém pelos e essa sujeira é normal... Oi??? Que no restaurante "dele" é assim mesmo, acontece de alguns mexilhões ficarem com sujeirinhas... Que absurdo!
Nós fez esperar mais uns 20 minutos para resolver o caso. Virou as costas e não voltou na nossa mesa. Um outro garçon que resolveu e nós disse que não pagássemos o prato. Alerta!!!
NÃO RECOMENDO POR NADA ESSE COMÉRCIO QUE SE INTITULA UM RESTAURANTE.

I didn't ask for the name, but the employee who answered us was a very rude man with glasses. Brought a juice my granddaughter asked for and just slammed the glass on the table, rude!
We ordered a seafood risotto. My daughter informed the waiter that it was only for two people, since he had three dishes to serve us, it would be just for me and her, because my husband was already eating a crab shell, according to him, delicious! The waiter, rude, said: "Here are two"! With a face of debauchery. After starting the tasting of the rhizotto I find a little clump of "hair" On my plate, yes, it looked like an animal!
I called the waiter and reported what had happened and asked for the presence of the manager. The same, from afar, looked at us two or three times and refused to go to our table.
Unprepared to solve problems.
His explanation was that mussels contain hairs and this dirt is normal... Hi??? That's how it is in "his" restaurant, it happens that some mussels get dirty... How absurd!
We had to wait another 20 minutes to resolve the case. He turned his back and didn't come back to our table. Another waiter who resolved it and we told us not to pay for the dish. Alert!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRADE THAT IS CALLED A RESTAURANT FOR ANYTHING.

the staff was quite nice and the place has a nice view, but it needs a better chef
