★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem a noite dia 03/02/22.passei na loja de vcs e fiz uma compra de salgados e doces e ao chegar em casa Veio faltando um item. Liguei hj a balconista me disse que o responsável chegaria as 16 hs, e me retornaria, deixei meu número e expliquei o ocorrido. E agora eu ligo e desligam o telefone na minha cara. Ñ estou pedindo nada de vcs , estou pedindo que devolvam o valor do item que comprei ontem a noite na loja de vcs. Foi cobrado e não veio, infelizmente confiei na balconista e guardei, ao chegar em casa, a mercadoria ñ veio. Tenho a nota, valor deu 35,00 tudo.
Comprei 4 salgados 5,50 cada e 2 tortinhas de 6,50. Ao chegar em casa o pastel de forno que foi um dos primeiros que pedi ñ veio. Eu estava sozinha com meu bebê de 2 anos. Até minha residência gastei 29,00 de carro de aplicativo, pois por motivos de saúde ñ posso pegar ônibus, realmente pra voltar para pegar meus 5,50 eu sairia no prejuízo.
Gostaria de saber o que o responsável pode fazer e devolver meu dinheiro e ñ desligar o telefone. Deixei meu número e até agora ñ me retornaram . Aguardo retorno. Tbm já entrei em contato c a administração do shopping pelo o ocorrido.
Last night, 03/02/22. I went to your store and made a purchase of snacks and sweets and when I got home, an item was missing. I called today the clerk told me that the person in charge would arrive at 4 pm, and would return me, I left my number and explained what happened. And now I call and hang up the phone in my face. I'm not asking for anything from you, I'm asking you to return the value of the item I bought last night at your store. It was charged and it didn't come, unfortunately I trusted the clerk and kept it, when I got home, the goods didn't come. I have the note, value was 35.00 everything.
I bought 4 snacks at 5.50 each and 2 pies at 6.50. When I got home, the oven pastel that was one of the first I ordered didn't come. I was alone with my 2 year old baby. Even at my residence I spent 29.00 on the app car, because for health reasons I can't take the bus, really to go back to get my 5.50 I would be at a loss.
I would like to know what the person in charge can do and return my money and not hang up the phone. I left my number and they still haven't gotten back to me. Awaiting return. I have already contacted the mall management about what happened.

Tem mesas na parte de cima e você pode comer sem aglomeração.
As porções são bem generosas e o suco muito gostoso. Bem na entrada do Shopping
