A atendente bateu refrigerante ao invés de suco no como da pizza dupla e avisou que não poderia trocar, para terminar o combo acompanhava uma fatia de pizza doce e no final do pedido ela mandou eu escolher uma sobremesa e perguntei porque disse não ter a pizza doce. Será que ela não devia ter avisado no início do pedido? Resultado cancelei o combo da pizza.
Ainda não havia conhecido o atendimento dessa loja. Fiquei decepcionada com o PÉSSIMO tratamento com os clientes. Não indico para ninguém.
Terribly the chicken ball besides the size of a marble came burnt. The attendant tapped soda instead of juice on the double pizza and said she couldn't change it, to finish the combo she had a slice of sweet pizza and at the end of the order she sent me to choose a dessert and asked why she said she didn't have the sweet pizza . Shouldn't she have told you at the beginning of the order? Result I canceled the pizza combo.
I had not yet met the service of this store. I was disappointed with the TERRIBLE treatment with customers. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior experiência possível. A coxinha parecia ter sido fritada em óleo velho e veio cheia de óleo, muito cheia mesmo. O pastel a mesma coisa! Ragazzo nunca mais.
It was the worst possible experience. The coxinha seemed to have been fried in old oil and came full of oil, really full. The pastel is the same! Ragazzo never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei várias coxinhas na unidade de Vilar dos Teles, via ifood e a coxinha veio podre e mofada como podem ver na foto comprei essas e várias porém eu q n me arisco a comer mais nenhuma, mandei mensagem pra eles e o atendimento via WhatsApp deu encerramento de conversa devido a inatividade kkkkk sendo que eu estava no zap e mandei várias mensagens e respondi a atendente, empresa sem compromisso algum. Segue em anexo as comprovações de tentativa de contato.
I bought several coxinhas at the Vilar dos Teles unit, via ifood and the coxinha came rotten and moldy as you can see in the photo. conversation due to inactivity kkkkk being that I was on zap and I sent several messages and replied to the attendant, company without any commitment. Enclosed are proofs of attempted contact.
