I do not recommend anyone to do the Blonde Hair there, the guy left my hair with 3 different shades, I paid almost 600 conto to have my hair done…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem organização, o chão do salão é sujo, não tem controle de qualidade, os funcionários focma conversando tirando a atenção das manicures, é tudo bagunçado, ventilador no chão. Não oferecem água, café. Ficam gritando um pelo nome do outro. Precisa melhorar muito. não indico.
There is no organization, the salon floor is dirty, there is no quality control, the employees keep talking, taking the attention of the manicurists, everything is messy, fans on the floor. They don't offer water or coffee. They are yelling at each other's names. It needs to improve a lot. I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cheguei para fazer minha unha outro dia, fiquei esperando e colocaram outra pessoa em meu lugar.
Hoje 15/03/22 fui fazer pé e mão uma moça fez minha mão e a outra meu pé.
As unhas das mãos muito mal feita e mal esmaltada. Já minha unha do pé foi tirado um pedaço de cutícula enorme que não era unha encravada, quase não pára de sangrar, quando cheguei em casa vi o tamanho do "buraco" ou " bife" enorme!! Foi esse o motivo de ter sangrado tanto.
Aconteceu o mesmo com duas irmã minhas e com minha filha outro dia.
GENTE VAMOS DENUNCIAR ESSE SALÃO, TEM QUE FECHAR!!!
Nós clientes pagando para ser mal atendidos e serviços deixando a desejar.

Bad service, I arrived to have my nails done the other day, I was waiting and they put someone else in my place.
Today 03/15/22 I went to do foot and hand one girl did my hand and the other my foot.
The fingernails were very poorly done and poorly enameled. My toenail was removed a huge cuticle piece that was not ingrown toenail, it almost doesn't stop bleeding, when I got home I saw the size of the "hole" or "steak" huge!! That's why I bled so much.
The same thing happened to two of my sisters and my daughter the other day.
PEOPLE LET'S REPORT THIS SALON, IT HAS TO CLOSE!!!
We customers paying to be poorly attended and services lacking.
