★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei na SOLAR MAGAZINE DO SHOPPPING DA PARANGABA,UM fogão e um armário de cozinha.
No ato da compra foi informado ao vendedor,depois ao gerente e em seguida ao caixa,que só poderia receber no sábado,pois na semana não tem ninguém em casa.
Mesmo assim foram fazer a entrega na segunda,informei por telefone ao entregador que somente no sábado com o já havia solicitado.
Mas não vieram entregar...
Entrei em contato por telefone e disseram que hoje não vai mais entregar e que eu deveria falar pelo número de Whatsapp,mas apesar de estar on line,a loja não responde.
Totalmente prejudicada, pois só vou mudar para minha casa nova quando chegar minhas compras,mas como não vieram hoje,vcs adiaram meus planos.

But they didn't come to deliver...
I got in touch by phone and they said that today it will no longer deliver and that I should speak on the Whatsapp number, but despite being online, the store does not respond.
Totally impaired, as I will only move to my new house when my purchases arrive, but since they didn't come today, you guys postponed my plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma máquina de lavar por 2mil reais avista ,não tive nem 1 real de desconto,eles me deram o prazo de 3 dias , hj está com 8 e não chegou ainda , a comunicação da loja com os cliente é horrível, a minha máquina agora veio depois de um ano ,mais tive um grande problema ,.veio amassada, obviamente mandei voltar , e desde então falo que quero meu dinheiro de volta já que eles não querem vender e não tem responsabiliza mais ainda tô aqui na luta , sem o dinheiro e sem a máquina . Odiei essa loja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não vim aqui ver os comentários antes de comprar nessa loja. Agora estou igual aos clientes abaixo, tendo dor de cabeça para receber o produto e já pensando na montagem.....Não compro mais e nem indico para ninguém! Procon deveria dar uma fiscalizada geral nessa loja.
Unfortunately I didn't come here to see the reviews before buying from this store. Now I'm just like the customers below, having a headache to receive the product and already thinking about the assembly.....I don't buy it anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone! Procon should give this store a general inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama e um guarda roupa, a vendedora me falou um prazo pra chegar e chegou antes do prazo, a vendedora falou um prazo pra montar e veio bem antes tbm. Estão de parabéns, é uma loja que tem compromisso com o cliente, depois fui comprar um ventilador fui direto lá, pois sabia que seria bem atendida.
I bought a bed and a wardrobe, the saleswoman told me a deadline to arrive and it arrived before the deadline, the saleswoman said a deadline to assemble and it came well before too. Congratulations, it's a store that has a commitment to the customer, after I went to buy a fan I went straight there, because I knew I would be well attended.

Porém eu desejo trocar o modelo do produto, pois descobri que tem muitas avaliações ruins e por isso não aceitei receber o produto e mandei levarem de volta deixando recado na NF. Gostaria de um retorno da Solar Magazine sobre o andamento dessa solicitação, que eu também pedi no site.
The online purchase was ok, the product arrived within the promised time, so far so good. But I want to change the product model, because I found out that it has many bad reviews and that's why I didn't accept to receive the product and had it taken back leaving a message on the NF. I would like feedback from Solar Magazine on the status of this request, which I also requested on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava de uma cama e fui super bem atendida pela Germana, prazo de 3 dias úteis para entrega e ainda chegou no 2 dia útil.
Obs: eles não ligam pra avisar que estão indo fazer a entrega então é bom você ficar atento.
Produto chegou em ótimo estado, entregadores atenciosos.
Recomendo! Voltarei a comprar.
I needed a bed and I was super well attended by Germana, within 3 working days for delivery and it still arrived on the 2nd working day.
Note: they don't call to let you know that they are going to make the delivery so you'd better stay tuned.
Product arrived in great condition, attentive delivery people.
I recommend! I will buy again.
