Porém minha reclamação procedeu SIM.
fiz um pedido no ifood a cerca de 1 mês.
Após 1 hr de aguardo, no chat pediram pra eu aguardar mas tempo e depois a interação do chat sumiu. Meu pedido foi cancelado.
Fiquei indignado no dia e reclamei aqui sem perceber que estava logado na conta comercial da minha empresa.
O ifood me estornou o valor cobrado.
 Good afternoon! I made a previous complaint for the incorrect commercial gmail account Visao CNH Consultoria, which is linked to my cell phone.
However, my complaint was YES.
I placed an order on ifood about 1 month ago.
After 1 hr of waiting, in the chat I was asked to wait but time and then the chat interaction disappeared. My order has been canceled.
I was outraged that day and complained here without realizing that I was logged into my company's business account.
Ifood refunded me the amount charged.
