★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é muito boa, mas o atendimento, que te bloqueia no whats se você reclama, deixa a desejar. Pedi uma marmita e por erro do entregador, não foi entregue, o Senhor Marcos foi atencioso e levou pessoalmente, mas salvo ele, não recomendo pelo atendimento.
The food is very good, but the service, which blocks you on whats if you complain, leaves something to be desired. I ordered a lunch box and due to the deliveryman's mistake, it was not delivered, Mr. Marcos was attentive and took it personally, but except for him, I do not recommend it for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento ao cliente. Do mundo. Uma pena, se está tudo certo ok, mas se você reclama de algo, como por exemplo atraso na entrega, a dona é extremamente agressiva. Ela acredita que falar baixo denota educação enquanto ela te distrata.
Se vocês procuram atendimento não vá até lá. Não recomendo. Uma pena mesmo.
Mas quem sabe ela faça cursos de atendimento ao cliente, boa maneiras e melhora.
Boa sorte e invistam em melhoria de atendimento que vocês vão longe.
Worse customer service. Of the world. A pity, if everything is ok, but if you complain about something, such as late delivery, the owner is extremely aggressive. She believes that speaking softly denotes politeness while she distracts you.
If you are looking for service don't go there. I do not recommend. A real shame.
But who knows, maybe she'll take courses in customer service, good manners, and improvement.
Good luck and invest in improving service, you will go far.
