★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das melhores funilarias de Ribeirao Preto que conheci. Serviço por agendamento, e normalmente colocam um prazo de entrega um pouco longo mas entrega com quase metade do prazo. Ótimo atendimento, rápido, colaboradores bastante atenciosos e simpáticos. Serviço muito bem feito de qualidade. Recomendo a todos.
One of the best body shops in Ribeirao Preto that I met. Service by appointment, and usually put a delivery time a little long but delivery with almost half the time. Great service, fast, very attentive and friendly employees. Very well done quality service. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o meu carro para reparar as portas que foram danificadas em uma colisão, eles me devolveram o carro com os amortecedores quebrados (os amortecedores não foram danificados com a colisão, andei com o carro 46 dias após a batida) e todo pulverizado de tinta.
Não me deram nenhuma atenção, são péssimos e mentirosos, não levem o seu carro nesses impotentes.
A segurado me indicou outra oficina para concertar o desserviço que a Freitas Auto Center prestou.
I left my car to repair the doors that were damaged in a collision, they returned the car with the broken shock absorbers (the shock absorbers were not damaged in the collision, I drove the car 46 days after the crash) and all sprayed with paint.
They didn't pay any attention to me, they're terrible and liars, don't take your car in those impotent ones.
The Insured referred me to another workshop to fix the disservice that Freitas Auto Center provided.

Meu carro ficou 65 dias parado na oficina, em grande parte por culpa da seguradora.
Quando o carro ficou pronto a primeira vez, o carro apresentou problema no test drive e permaneceu na oficina, mesmo tendo sido testado pela oficina.
Quando o carro ficou pronto pela segunda vez, apresentou novo problema e retornou para oficina em 2 dias, mesmo tendo sido testado pela oficina.
Quando fui buscar o carro novamente, novo problema que conseguiu ser resolvido no momento, mesmo o carro tendo sido testado pela oficina.
Senti que não tiveram o cuidado com o meu carro da forma como deveriam ter com o carro de qualquer consumidor. Afinal é uma oficina especializada e referenciada pela própria seguradora. Aceitaram pegar o carro de sinistro e não fizeram um bom serviço.
Tive problemas com informações sobre prazo de entrega de peças e prazo e horário da entrega do carro. O carro ficou 16 dias a mais na oficina devido a esses problemas.
Já conhecia a pessoa que ficou responsável pelo carro e tinha apreço pelo trabalho dele. Mas percebi, pelos problemas acima relatados, que ele não teve grande cuidado com o meu carro.
Pela experiência que tive, NÃO RECOMENDO a FREITAS AUTO CENTER da Avenida Francisco Junqueira. Deve ser uma oficina boa e com grande movimento para trocar pneu, fazer revisão ou um reparo simples, mas não para reparo de sinistro. Deixou muito a desejar com relação ao meu carro.
Ao sair da oficina, deixei o meu carro em um mecânico de confiança para verificação dos serviços realizados pela FREITAS AUTO CENTER e autorizados pela seguradora.
Estou na torcida que o carro não apresente problemas nos próximos 3 meses, prazo que vence a garantia legal dos serviços e peças, segundo o Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
Gostaria de não ter que levar meu carro na FREITAS AUTO CENTER novamente.
Meu carro foi devolvido com parte de estofado muito suja devido ao serviço interno realizado. A oficina não teve o cuidado de limpar e higienizar o carro, mesmo após tanto tempo parado na oficina.
Tive que fazer a solicitação de uma sexta vistoria a seguradora para autorizar a limpeza do meu carro. Desta vez, conseguir a troca da oficina.

I already knew the person who was responsible for the car and had an appreciation for his work. But I noticed, from the problems mentioned above, that he didn't take great care of my car.
Based on my experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND FREITAS AUTO CENTER on Avenida Francisco Junqueira. It must be a good workshop with a lot of movement to change a tire, do a review or a simple repair, but not for accident repair. It left a lot to be desired about my car.
Upon leaving the workshop, I left my car in a trusted mechanic to check the services performed by FREITAS AUTO CENTER and authorized by the insurance company.
I am in the hope that the car does not present problems in the next 3 months, a period that expires the legal guarantee of services and parts, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
I would like not to have to take my car to FREITAS AUTO CENTER again.
My car was returned with part of the upholstery very dirty due to the internal service performed. The workshop was not careful to clean and sanitize the car, even after so long stopped in the workshop.
