★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência com a loja foi boa, porém, me indicaram seus instaladores que prestaram um serviço em Agosto/20, na semana seguinte entrei em contato com eles solicitando um ajuste em 2 portas e até hoje não deram retorno. Já liguei até na loja para solicitar um ajuda, pois não posso envernizar as portas enquanto não fizer o ajuste. Estou achando um verdadeiro descaso e falta de respeito.
The experience with the store was good, however, I was told by their installers that they provided a service in August / 20, the following week I contacted them requesting an adjustment in 2 doors and until today they have not returned. I've already called the store to ask for help, as I can't varnish the doors until I make the adjustment. I am finding a real disregard and lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já tive na vida, não recomendo nem a entrada nessa loja. Fui efetuar um orçamento e fui tratado com extrema ignorancia por parte de um senhor que aparentava ser o dono da loja ou superior dos funcionarios.
Worst service I've ever had in my life, I don't even recommend entering this store. I went to make a budget and was treated with extreme ignorance by a gentleman who appeared to be the owner of the store or superior of the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento na hora de vender mas quando entregam e tem problemas não querem resolver. Recebi uma porta de banheiro torta mandei de volta disseram que trocaram e pasmem devolveram a mesma porta que foi repregada para não ficar torta sorte que tirei foto comprovando que era a mesma porta. Batente de outra porta rachou no parafuso da dobradiça aí o atendimento maravilhoso da loja falou que foi entregue sem rachadura fora a folha com remendos e a culpa é minha por ter confiado nessa loja.
Great service when selling but when they deliver and have problems they don't want to solve. I received a crooked bathroom door I sent it back they said they changed it and amazingly they returned the same door that was redocked so as not to get crooked so I took a picture proving that it was the same door. Another door jamb cracked on the hinge bolt, then the wonderful service at the store said it was delivered without a crack except the sheet with patches and it's my fault for having trusted this store.
