Panelas de várias marcas importadas, nacionais, toda parte de louças e cristais, passando por acessórios para lavanderia, banheiros, closet, mas encontra-se formas de bolo, cupcake, bombons e muito mais. Vale reservar um.bom tempo. Há ainda a linha de cama e banho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orientada pelo telefone da própria loja bom realizar uma troca de produtos adquiridos em outra unidade. Ao chegar ao local ali informada que só realizam troca da própria loja. Me pergunto se a minha compra fosse se 4.000 como a só cliente prontamente atendido antes de mim. A minha de 300 reais não foi trocada.

Customer service and conflict resolution nonexistent. One of the worst stores I've ever dealt with after sales. The competition gives a bath (utilplast, gifts rodriguez, casa matisse, etc). Run!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maio descaso do Gerente/dono em resolver o meu problema, acabei resolvendo sozinha com a Trussardi, espero que quando vc compre lá não tenha nenhum problema. Nunca mais compra na Doural.
May the manager/owner neglect to solve my problem, I ended up solving it alone with Trussardi, I hope that when you buy there you won't have any problem. Never buy at Doural again.
