★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me consultei com o Carlos em uma consulta longa na qual me senti humilhada pela forma como ele falou comigo. Sem me conhecer e apenas após meu primeiro contato com ele, ele questionou diversas escolhas de vida minha e me insultou de maneira muito desrespeitosa. Ergueu o tom de voz comigo e ainda passou bom tempo da consulta falando arrogantemente sobre sua carreira em casos que nada tinham a ver comigo, se gabou da formação e escolhas de vida de seus filhos (?) e continuou me insultando. Nunca me senti tão mal e humilhada em uma consulta e em um momento de crise de depressão e ansiedade saí de lá com uma crise ainda mais aguda. Foi realmente traumatizante e não recomendo esse profissional a ninguém, que de profissionalismo não tem nada. De nada adianta sua carreira e currículo se ao atender um paciente não sabe tratá-lo com empatia, respeito e humanidade.
I consulted with Carlos in a long consultation in which I felt humiliated by the way he spoke to me. Without knowing me and only after my first contact with him, he questioned many of my life choices and insulted me in a very disrespectful way. He raised his voice with me and still spent a good deal of time during the consultation talking arrogantly about his career in cases that had nothing to do with me, boasted about his children's education and life choices (?) and continued to insult me. I have never felt so bad and humiliated in an appointment and in a moment of depression and anxiety I left with an even more acute crisis. It was really traumatizing and I do not recommend this professional to anyone, who has nothing to do with professionalism. Your career and résumé is useless if you are not able to treat a patient with empathy, respect and humanity when attending a patient.
