Fui ao local cobrando uma solução. O proprietário fez descaso, negou a nota fiscal solicitada de serviço, disse para não voltar na loja dele, disse para eu procurar o procon pois o mesmo disse "não estar nem aí". Além disso, ficou imitando as minhas falas com uma voz fina ao tom de ironia. Começou a partir para ofensa pessoal me chamando de "feia" e tendo atitudes extremamente machistas. Fui embora com meu aparelho ainda danificado, sem reembolso, extremamente ofendida pela conduta do proprietário: MÁRCIO

Péssimo...

Ele não é um profissional da area, precisava só trocar uma tela, meu celular voltou sem fazer ligação, sem saida de som, e quando fui explicar pra ele, o mesmo já agiu na ignorancia. Se estivesse visto os comentários aqui, não teria cometido esse erro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para saber a respeito de uma troca de tela, me informaram ao telefone que custaria R$250,00. Minha mãe levou o aparelho la cobraram outro valor, sem justificar o motivo, como ela já queria vir embora pagou sem reclamar.
Não deram nota fiscal, cupom fiscal, o que é caracterizado como Sonegação de imposto. Questionado sobre garantia do serviço, foi informado que não tem, se saiu de la funcionado é que o vale. A lei diz 90 dias, você tem que dar garantia pelo que faz.
Eu não vou discutir com a loja em virtude disso, eu acho que não que vale a pena. E que se caso o dono veja esse comentário que leve como critica construtiva e cumpra com a lei, pois mais cedo ou mais tarde esse tipo de atitude pode ser prejudicial, foi minha mãe que foi la e ela é leiga como a grande maioria mas se fosse eu iria obrigar a sair com notal fiscal e garantia do serviço.
Em quanto compactuar com essas atitudes nada profissional eu não recomendo e jamais voltaria procurar serviço da loja e muito menos recomendar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu celular para conserto e a garantia de vocês disseram que é apenas teste na hora do touch, meu aparelho está td ok por enquanto, vi outros comentários aqui e vocês são meio anti éticos por não dar garantia pois está no código do consumidor *Segundo a lei, o consumidor tem até 30 dias para reclamar de defeitos em um bem não durável (aparelhos descartáveis, por exemplo), e de 90 dias em caso de produto durável (eletroeletrônicos)* Podem pesquisar, e é muita HIPOCRISIA ter uma plaquinha no estabelecimento dizendo que vcs seguem o código do consumidor, Vocês são obrigados a dar esse prazo, por isso não dão nenhum comprovante para nós clientes ?. E não venham com "deboche" pra mim ok! Porque se nem Jesus agradou a todos como responderam um usuário por aqui, porque eu agradaria?? espero resposta coerente, porque garantia de assistência técnica é de lei!!!

quis trocar a tela do meu celular e quando busquei, não estava saindo som pela parte superior do aparelho. Voltei a loja para perguntar o que havia acontecido, ele disse que não havia testado o som antes, sendo que eu havia ligado para a loja através de meu celular 2 vezes antes de deixa-lo la. Para consertar, colocou uma peça inferior e cobrou 80 reais de um tio que me fazia companhia para devolver meu aparelho.
