Terrible! The place is a mess, it looks like a tenement. The service is terrible and the service is worse than amateurish. Bad repairs, cell phone delivered defective, delayed cell phone delivery. Repairs done in a unprofessional manner. The technician eats, drinks and watches TV while working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Pedi pra trocar o display e meu celular voltou com defeito duas vezes, sem película, com o som chiando e ainda com defeito no conector do carregador! Desorganização e falta de compromisso total.
Poor service! I asked to change the display and my cell came back defective twice, without film, with the sound hissing and still defective in the connector of the charger! Disorganization and lack of total commitment.

DECEPÇÃO TOTAL! Meu aparelho ficou quase dez dias para eles me entregarem... agora vou verificar se está tudo funcionando, mas tendo em vista a primeira vez, tenho dúvidas!Fui tratada como LIXO! Meu marido foi pegar o celular e ele não estava pronto! Gastei tempo dinheiro e paciência.NOTA ZERO.
I had to wait a couple of days to try to make sure the phone was ready and they did not answer ... TOTAL DECEPTION! My device is almost ten days for them to deliver me ... now I will check if everything is working, but for the first time, I have doubts! I was treated like GARBAGE!
