A loja oferece uma variedade de itens, acessórios e formas de pagamento acessíveis ao público em geral. Destaque para o ambiente descontraído (com vista para o Morro do Careca) e o atendimento excelente, eficiente e muito honesto (no meu caso, fui atendida por Henrique Guilherme). Parabéns a toda equipe!
 I really liked it! I went to the store on the 10/03/2022. I found the atmosphere very nice and pleasant. The store offers a variety of items, accessories and payment methods accessible to the general public. Highlight for the relaxed atmosphere (overlooking Morro do Careca) and the excellent, efficient and very honest service (in my case, I was attended by Henrique Guilherme). Congratulations to the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei com o meu celular no mar e ele queimou o display, fui até a assistência trocar a tela na correria porque no mesmo dia tinha voo pra São Paulo. Porém desde a troca meu celular vem apresentando problemas na bateria e com a mensagem de que a bateria não é original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei refazer as configurações de fábrica do meu macbook, e tive um problema no processo. Fui até o Dr iphone buscando orientação, e eles resolveram o problema de forma super rápida e atenciosa. E não cobraram nada pela orientação, ja que era algo super simples.
Só por essa postura cuidadosa é possível reconhecer uma empresa responsável e justa.

I had to reset my macbook to factory settings, and I had a problem in the process. I went to Dr iphone for advice, and they resolved the issue super quickly and thoughtfully. And they didn't charge anything for the orientation, since it was something super simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MARAVILHOSA! Não levem seu iPhone para curiosos, procurem centros credenciados e não tenho a menor dúvida em dizer que a Doutor Iphone pode ser considerada uma referência nacional. Eles contam com uma infraestrutura admirável. Um ambiente 100% Apple e pronto para resolver qualquer problema de imediato ou no mesmo dia pelo menos. A empresa ocupa um espaço privilegiado na cidade de Natal não é à toa. Eles não só consertam, como dão aula, literalmente. Eu já tinha desistido do meu telefone, que foi estragado na Santa Ifigênia, em São Paulo, apontado como polo de tecnologia – e especialista –, onde um curioso enfiou cotonete de ouvido embebedado em álcool isopropílico danificando as lentes originais do meu telefone e sequer foi capaz de encaixar o vidro da tampa traseira na orientação correta. Perdi 100 reais e as câmeras do meu iPhone X, que foram prontamente recuperadas na Dr. Iphone. É um lugar em que se pode confiar, profissionais responsáveis, que assumem todas as consequências dos processos dos quais ele atuam. Não te desamparam e trabalham com profissionais capacitados e as ferramentas adequadas para qualquer serviço. Espetacular. Um dia que poderia ser assustador, por perder um telefone com informações tão preciosas, foi resolvi em questão de poucas horas e parcelado em 12x sem juros!
