My experience in the medical consultation with Dr Alexandre was great. I was welcomed with affection, and with a friendly relationship. I felt free to talk about my real difficulties. What I found best was the online consultation, via video call, where I didn't have to leave the house to make the consultation. It was more of a lived experience, and a very pleasant one.
