★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção é um caos. Uma bagunça. Péssimo atendimento por telefone .. e pós consultas e exames muito ruins também . Paguei 270 reais em uma consulta e exame de sangue, e depois de dias não recebi nenhum retorno da clínica sobre os exames ou sobre o retorno, se fosse doença grave o animal teria morrido.
Serviços caros e de péssima qualidade.
Não recomendo essa clínica.
Reception is chaos. A mess. Terrible phone service .. and very bad post consultations and exams too. I paid 270 reais for a consultation and blood test, and after days I did not receive any feedback from the clinic about the tests or about the return, if it was a serious illness the animal would have died.
Expensive and poor quality services.
I do not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da clínica, do atendimento e dos veterinários(Dra. Natália❣️).
Até meu cachorrinho que é idoso ama o lugar (aquela área de espera que tem um cimentado e britas).
Comparado com outras clínicas , o preço não é tão absurdo assim.
Dá pra ver que os funcionários não estão só pelo dinheiro. É só uma pena não ter 24 h, mas os veterinários tentam lhe ajudar de toda forma.
I really enjoyed the clinic, the care and the veterinarians (Dr. Natália❣️).
Even my doggie who is old loves the place (that waiting area that has a cemented and brittle).
Compared to other clinics, the price is not so absurd.
You can see that the employees are not just for the money. It's just a shame not to have 24 hours, but the vets try to help you anyway.

Hoje fiz a segunda consulta do cachorro da minha filha, Chocolate, um cocker inglês, e fui muito bem atendida, e claro o Chocolate também. Todos os cães da minha família são consultados com ele. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsáveis!!! Minha cachorra fez uma cirurgia de retirada de nódulo nessa clínica e no mês seguinte perdeu muito peso e começou a ter problemas respiratórios. Levei em outra clínica veterianaria e descobri que ela tinha nódulos em outros locais e com problemas graves de saúde. Como é possível que com todos os exames que ela fez, essa clínica nunca descobriu todos esses problemas? paguei quase 1000 reais e eles não fizeram o trabalho deles direito! Se eu tivesse ido logo na segunda clínica eu teria resolvido logo os problemas e gasto menos!
Irresponsible !!! My dog had a lump removal surgery at this clinic and the following month lost a lot of weight and started to have breathing problems. I took it to another veterinary clinic and found that she had lumps in other places and with serious health problems. How is it possible that with all the tests she did, this clinic never discovered all these problems? I paid almost 1000 reais and they didn't do their job right! If I had gone to the second clinic right away I would have solved the problems soon and spent less!

Great choice for taking care of your pet. My cat had a very invasive operation, surgery to remove a foreign body in her stomach. The procedure was well executed, she healed quickly and she looks great. The Doctor. Samuel is a great professional.
