★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu só tenho a agradecer tanto o atendimento quanto ao diagnóstico a doutora foi super humana comigo hoje foi minha segunda consulta com ela e eu pedi para que ela retirasse um medicamento pois eu não teria condições de comprar e a doutora com toda simplicidade me deu todas as medicações que eu ia precisar para esse mês e me disse nós temos que ajudar uns aos outros eu confesso que fiquei sem palavras pois ela não tinha nenhuma obrigação nem se quer ajudar com um comprimido e ela me ajudou ... Eu vi alguns comentários dizendo sobre ela desmarcar consulta, mas o povo tem que intender que além de médica ela também e ser humana tem uma vida fora do consultório e uma família também então temos que entender que cada um tem suas necessidades... Enfim eu sou muito grata a doutora e sobre o atendimento na recepção a recepcionista e super legal não tive nenhum problema também sempre me responde quando preciso no whatsapp e presencialmente também .
I just have to thank both the service and the diagnosis the doctor was super human with me today was my second appointment with her and I asked her to take a medication because I wouldn't be able to buy it and the doctor simply gave me all the medications that I was going to need for this month and she told me we have to help each other I confess that I was speechless because she had no obligation nor does she want to help with a pill and she helped me... I saw some comments saying about she cancels an appointment, but the people have to understand that in addition to being a doctor, she is also a human being, she has a life outside the office and a family too, so we have to understand that everyone has their needs... Anyway, I am very grateful to the doctor and about the service at the reception, the receptionist is super nice, I didn't have any problems, she always answers me when I need it on whatsapp and in person too.

Se alguem tiver como ajudá-la. E você Cidadão não perca seu tempo, ela desmarca as consultas!

Meu irmão sofre de esquizofrinia, e um dia eu e ele chegamos até o consultoria dessa dra. para pedir uma carta que dariamos entrada ao INSS, pois ele não tinha condições de trabalhar, quando chegamos la e falamos com a secretaria dela, a mesma ouviu e saiu da sala onde estava atendendo um de seus pacientes, e com arrogancia, gritou com meu irmão, dizendo que ele não era normal, pq via coisas, que não ia nos dar a carte e que teriamos que pagar uma nova consulta. Fomos humilhados, e coitado do meu irmão que já cheio do seus problemas se sentiu a pior pessoa do mundo. E o pior é que ela fez isso na frente de todos seus pacientes que ali estavam. Na epoca era muito nova e não tive coragem de responder a altura do que ela mericia.

We were humiliated, and my poor brother who, already full of his problems, felt like the worst person in the world. And the worst thing is that she did it in front of all her patients who were there. At the time, I was very young and I didn't have the courage to respond to what she deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradeço primeiramente a Deus por ter colocado Dra. Karen em meu caminho. A única psiquiatra que me ouviu antes de ir receitando remédio. Quando cheguei até ela ei nem trabalhava direito mais com as crises de ansiedade e pânico. Só quem tem entende o que é sentir tudo isso. Graças a ela logo na primeira consulta e desde a primeira dose da medicação, não tive mais crises estou em tratamento que está me fazendo muito bem. A medicação ela acertou de primeira. Nem efeitos colaterais com o remédio eu tive. Gratidão Dra Karen. E quanto a desmarcar consulta que aconteceu uma vez comigo.
Em momento algum vou julgar ... Muito pelo contrário eu entendo. Peço a Deus que a abençoe com muita saúde ? Gratidão ? muita gratidão ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ontem foi a gota da água para mim passando com a médica, essa qual fez um juramento, hein!? Sem ética, sem senso e sem empatia. Ninguém está indo procurar ajuda se não fosse necessário, fora que ainda estamos pagando, não estamos indo de graça. Ela não deixa a gente falar, ela não mostra um pingo de interesse no que estamos sentindo, só vms de medicamentos. Detalhe que ontem, o consultório cheio e ela simplesmente pediu para dispensar todos os pacientes que ainda aguardavam a consulta e simplesmente distribuir receitas para quem estava lá. Eu fiquei ??????????, eu saio de longe para ser atendida, gasto gasolina e pedágio, e ser tratada como lixo, é triste. Ainda me disse que ela trabalha em um ambiente tóxico, o ambiente que ela mesmo faz ser. Fico muito chateada com essa situação, pq se vc não é feliz ajudando pessoas, então pare! A gente não precisa passar por isso; já temos muitos problemas, não precisamos sair pior do que chegamos.

I was like ???????????, I go far away to be attended, I spend gasoline and tolls, and to be treated like garbage, it's sad. She even told me that she works in a toxic environment, the environment she makes herself out to be. I am very upset with this situation, because if you are not happy helping people, then stop! We don't have to go through this; we already have a lot of problems, we don't need to leave worse than we arrived.
