★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero o médico João Baptista Bassi o melhor clínico geral de Sorocaba, mas recente mudança no corpo de funcionários está comprometendo o nome da clínica. O telefone fixo toca ( tentei por sete vezes) até cair e ninguém atende. Pelo Whatsapp, a funcionária está online e não responde às mensagens e muito menos atende as ligações ao celular. Lamentável !!!
 I consider physician João Baptista Bassi the best general practitioner in Sorocaba, but a recent change in staff is compromising the name of the clinic. The landline rings (I tried seven times) until it drops and no one answers. Through Whatsapp, the employee is online and does not respond to messages let alone answer phone calls. Unfortunate !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos muito bons e atenciosos, porém telefone informado no google quanto tentamos ligar, não chama, mostra que está sempre ocupado e quando chama ninguém atende. Acredito que os gestores da clinica deva observar melhor as oportunidade de melhoria com relação ao atendimento e respeito ao cliente.
Very good and attentive doctors, but phone informed on google when we try to call, do not call, shows that you are always busy and when you call, no one answers. I believe that managers of the clinic should better observe the opportunities for improvement in terms of customer service and respect.

Realmente doutores é impossível não pensar negativo, é impossível não se sentir desrespeitado.
Está clínica ainda esta a tratar seu pacientes de forma arcaica.
Já se tornou cotidiano os atrasos do corpo médico. Hoje já se passaram duas horas do horário da consulta com a Excelentíssima Dra. Jane Modena Bassi e continuamos no aguardo da consulta.
Os funcionários do atendimento não informam o motivo do atraso são robôs sem ter poder de realmente solucionar problema algum.
Infelizmente estes Sr. e Sra. de jaleco branco "médicos" estão a desrespeitar, senhoras, crianças e adultos.
Atrasos são imprevisto que podem acontecer de forma pontual e respeitosa. Já o que se observa nesta clínica é descaso com seus pacientes.

The medical staff's delays have become everyday. Today, two hours have passed since the appointment with the Most Excellent Dr. Jane Modena Bassi and we are still waiting for the appointment.
Customer service employees do not inform the reason for the delay, they are robots without being able to actually solve any problem.
Unfortunately these white-coated "doctors" Mr. and Mrs. are disrespecting, ladies, children and adults.
Delays are unforeseen and can happen in a timely and respectful manner. On the other hand, what is observed in this clinic is negligence towards its patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr João simplesmente deixa o paciente mais confuso do que quando chegou, mal examina, não possui um computador para visualizar os exames de imagem.
Estava com dor e o mesmo faz diagnósticos imprecisos e muito menos receita qualquer tipo de remédio,uma pena....
Dr João simply leaves the patient more confused than when he arrived, he barely examines, he doesn't have a computer to view the image exams.
I was in pain and the same makes inaccurate diagnoses and much less prescribes any kind of medicine, a pity....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de ter sido atendida pela dermatologista, mas marquei as 16:50 , as 17:35 nada de atendimento. Levantei e fui embora. Era minha primeira consulta, resolvi não ficar pq não tenho interesse em fazer um acompanhamento com um profissional que vai me deixar esperando toda vez (ou o reclamação de outros pacientes que também estavam esperando). Não indico.
