★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível. Escolhi a clinica devido as avaliações positivas do doctoralia, que falavam sobre o profissional ser atencioso e tirar todas as dúvidas. Liguei para marcar a cirurgia de siso e fui informada que precisaria de uma consulta de avaliação. Após 2 meses de espera por esta consulta o profissional nem olhou minha boca, Somente a radiografia. Não tirou nenhuma dúvida (falou pra marcar e tirar as duvidas com a secretária). A secretária marcou a cirurgia e menos de uma semana depois me mandou msgs cancelando a cirurgia, primeiro alegando que "o profissional só faria a cirurgia dos 4 dentes de uma vez". Quando falei que não teria problemas com isso, a desculpa mudou para "ele só faz sisos inclusos". Nitidamente escolheram não me atender. Uma humilhação após de fazer esperar por meses por uma consulta.
Worst experience possible. I chose the clinic due to the positive evaluations of the doctoralia, which spoke about the professional being considerate and clearing all doubts. I called to schedule wisdom surgery and was told I would need an evaluation appointment. After 2 months of waiting for this consultation, the professional didn't even look at my mouth, only the x-ray. He didn't clear any doubts (he spoke to make an appointment and clear up doubts with the secretary). The secretary scheduled the surgery and less than a week later she sent me msgs canceling the surgery, first claiming that "the professional would only do the surgery on 4 teeth at once". When I said I wouldn't have a problem with that, the excuse changed to "he only does included wisdom systems". They clearly chose not to attend to me. A humiliation after waiting for months for an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive por enquanto em uma 1a. consulta mas voltarei assim que o plano dee saúde liberar quando então terei mais experiência quanto ao atendimento. Por ora, estou satisfeita com o atendimento e com o local.
I've been to a 1st for now. consultation but I will return as soon as the health plan releases it, when then I will have more experience regarding the service. So far, I'm satisfied with the service and the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A consulta estava marcada para 15:30 cheguei no horário marcada e fui atendida com 30 minutos de atraso, se tivesse atendendo alguém seria compreensível mas estava no computador, logo depois chegou a próxima paciente que solicitou uma receita de um remédio e ele a chamou pra liberar a receita.
16:05 fui chamada e ele olhou o meu dente e disse que só poderia arrancar com a panorâmica, como estava com muita dor pediu um remédio ele nem olhou pra mim e receitou dipirona o que já havia tomado e não melhorava. Enfim ainda me ofereceu a arrancar um siso no particular por 350,00. Não gostei e não recomendo.
Ponto positivo a recepcionista simpática e solicita.
The appointment was scheduled for 3:30 pm I arrived at the scheduled time and was seen 30 minutes late, if I had seen someone it would be understandable but it was on the computer, soon after the next patient arrived who requested a prescription for a medicine and he called her to release the recipe.
4:05 pm I was called and he looked at my tooth and said that I could only take off with the panoramic, as I was in a lot of pain, he asked for a medicine he didn't even look at me and prescribed dipyrone, which he had already taken and it didn't improve. In the end, he even offered me to start a private system for 350.00. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente!! Dr. Guilherme foi extremamente atencioso e competente para esclarecer o procedimento e retirar todas a dúvidas relativas à cirurgia de retirada de sisos da minha filha. Ficamos muito tranquilas e confiantes que tudo vai dar certo. Também realizei uma consulta para investigação de uma possível disfunção de ATM e fiquei impressionada com a atenção e interesse do doutor em investigar, diagnosticar e resolver o meu problema.
Great!! Dr. Guilherme was extremely attentive and competent to clarify the procedure and remove all doubts related to the surgery to remove my daughter's wisdom teeth. We are very calm and confident that everything will work out. I also carried out an appointment to investigate a possible TMJ dysfunction and I was impressed with the doctor's attention and interest in investigating, diagnosing and solving my problem.

Guilherme, muito atencioso, esclarece todos os procedimentos! Paciente sai da consulta, consciente de todo o tratamento! Principalmente, em relação ao atendimento a pacientes especiais. Muito objetivo e claro! Priorizando o atendimento humano!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida na unidade da Barra pelo Dr Guilherme. Perfeito, meu pós está sendo mto tranquilo e sem dor. Extração de 3 sisos. Acho q algumas coisas podiam melhorar. Ao aguardar o meu atendimento que estava em atraso( super compreensível), a paciente que estava sendo atendida gritava horrores de dor, e isso me deixou muito nervosa. Acho que nesses casos poderiam pedir pra nós, esperarmos lá embaixo. Causa um impacto emocional muito grande.
Algumas informações ficam desencontradas, as enviadas pelo e-mail e as passadas presencialmente. Mas no contexto, eu amei meu atendimento e super indico.
I was met on the drive bar by Dr William. Perfect, my post is being mto quiet and painless. Extraction of wisdom teeth 3. Q I think some things could improve. While waiting for my call I was late (super understandable), the patient who was being met screamed horrors of pain, and that made me very nervous. I think in these cases could ask for us, we wait downstairs. Causes a great emotional impact.
