★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que no mínimo, esta referida empresa, deveria selecionar melhor os funcionários, passei maus bocados com o tal vendedor citado pelos demais comentaristas, não quero citar nomes, mas fujam dele e não da agencia, que é boa.
I think that, at the very least, this company should better select employees, I had a hard time with the salesman mentioned by the other commentators, I don't want to mention names, but avoid him and not the agency, which is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha terceira compra junto à loja tive a infelicidade de adquirir um veículo com multas do antigo dono que estavam suspensas temporariamente pelo detran, passado 01 ano optei por vender o veículo e descobri a existência das mesmas. Entrei em contato com a loja para solucionar o problema e o que obtive foi uma demora sem tamanho e total descaso para com um cliente antigo. Passados 40 dias consegui resolver o problema em partes pois das 03 multas somente 02 tinham opção de pagamento a multa restante que me foi descontada no valor final do veículo não foi ressarcida mesmo com a apresentação da nota mostrando o desconto. Em contato novamente para minha surpresa fui informado que esta eles iriam ter que informar ao antigo dono e solicitar o ressarcimento. A pergunta é: Eu adquiri o carro com a fluir Car ou com outra pessoa? Fica a dica aos futuros clientes, chequem o nada consta do veículo e demais pendências que possam existir, pois o pós venda ou qualquer tipo de empatia passam longe no pós venda desta loja!
Talvez com essa avaliação eu tenha uma atenção melhor...
On my third purchase at the store I was unfortunate enough to acquire a vehicle with fines from the former owner who were temporarily suspended by the DMV, after 01 year I chose to sell the vehicle and discovered the existence of them. I contacted the store to solve the problem and what I got was a delay without size and total disregard for an old customer. After 40 days I managed to solve the problem in parts because of the 03 fines, only 02 had the option to pay, the remaining fine that was deducted from me in the final value of the vehicle was not refunded even with the presentation of the note showing the discount. In contact again for my surprise I was informed that they would have to inform the former owner and request reimbursement. The question is: Did I purchase the car with Flowing Car or with someone else? It is a tip for future customers, check the nothing on the vehicle and other pending issues that may exist, as the post-sale or any kind of empathy goes a long way in the post-sale of this store!
Perhaps with this assessment I will have better attention ...
