Travei durante 08 anos uma batalha interna para me convencer que precisava de ajuda no combate à obesidade. Foram várias tentativas de tudo que aparecia pela frente, de medicamentos até dietas malucas que prometiam resultados milagrosos porém nada resolvia e meus exames com resultados cada vez piores. Pré diabetes, pressão alta, gordura no fígado, apneia do sono são apenas algumas das comorbidades que eu já não conseguia mais controlar. Até que criei coragem, deixei os medos de lado e marquei uma consulta com o Dr. Guilhermino Nogueira. Desde o primeiro contato com ele e com sua equipe senti que estava no caminho certo. Uma atenção especial que não tinha experimentado em nenhum outro atendimento médico ao qual já havia me submetido. Toda sistemática aplicada do início dos exames, na escolha da metodologia e no Pré operatório me deixaram muito confortável e confiante que essa tinha sido a escolha correta. I needed to come here to report the incredible changes that are taking place in my life. For 8 years I had an internal battle to convince myself that I needed help to fight obesity. There were several attempts at everything that lay ahead, from medication to crazy diets that promised miraculous results but nothing solved and my exams with worse and worse results. Pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, liver fat, sleep apnea are just some of the comorbidities I was no longer able to control. Until I got up the courage, put my fears aside and made an appointment with Dr. Guilhermino Nogueira. From the first contact with him and his team, I felt I was on the right path. A special attention that I had not experienced in any other medical care I had undergone. All the systematic applied from the beginning of the exams, in the choice of methodology and in the preoperative period made me very comfortable and confident that this had been the correct choice. Today, with 4 months of surgery performed, reaping exceptional results, no longer using medication and feeling soooo well, I come to thank Dr Guilermino and his entire team who make us feel so welcomed and closely assisted without missing any information important. Excellent professionals. Ah, I couldn't fail to report here another one of my dreams mentioned in the first consultation, which was also provided, running a few km at the gym and on the beachfront. Ele explica tudo direitinho, é gentil, muito humano, responde dúvidas no WhatsApp, etc. Eu já o acompanhava pelo Instagram e senti vontade de me consultar com ele e sua equipe. Só gratidão! Ele me operou há um mês e meio e meu único arrependimento foi não ter feito a cirurgia antes.
Lá se vão menos 20 kg já vejo mudanças de vida acontecendo. Ainda preciso perder muito, o caminho é longo, mas dei o pontapé inicial e não tenho pressa. Sei que foi a melhor escolha, a melhor ferramenta na luta contra a obesidade. Tô fazendo tudo certinho e continuo/continuarei sendo acompanhada pelo Dr. Guilhermino e sua equipe. Quem tem dúvidas sobre a cirurgia, marque consulta com o Dr. que ele vai esclarecer tudo e mostrar o melhor caminho pra sua necessidade. Não tenham medo, e se tiverem, vão com medo mesmo. Mas grande parte do medo vem pela falta de informação sobre o processo. Pesquise muito, faça sua parte e procure um médico experiente e humano. E isso você encontra no Dr. Guilhermino. Best thing I did was change medical staff and see Dr. William! What an amazing doctor! He explains everything well, is kind, very human, answers questions on WhatsApp, etc. I was already following him on Instagram and felt the urge to consult with him and his team. Just gratitude! He operated on me a month and a half ago and my only regret is not having had the surgery sooner.
There goes 20 kg less, I can already see life changes happening. I still have a lot to lose, the road is long, but I got the ball rolling and I'm in no hurry. I know it was the best choice, the best tool in the fight against obesity. I'm doing everything right and I continue/will continue to be accompanied by Dr. Guilhermino and his team.
