★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes sempre parecem que estão fazendo um favor. Um procedimento não era feito na clínica e me dispensaram por mensagem sem sequer dar uma forma de contato com o outro médico. Colocam dificuldade para entregar o resultado do MEU exame.
Dra Joana é calma, mas peca em assustar os pacientes com termos técnicos e sem explicar de forma objetiva o que está acontecendo.
Se for agendar, agende com 3 meses de antecedência.
 Attendants always seem to be doing you a favor. A procedure was not performed at the clinic and I was dismissed by message without even giving a way to contact the other doctor. They make it difficult to deliver the result of MY exam.
Dr Joana is calm, but fails to scare patients with technical terms and without objectively explaining what is happening.
If scheduling, schedule 3 months in advance.
