★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho incrível a incapacidade de atender um telefonema, existe três números diferentes, um chama ate cair a ligação e ninguém atende, o outro é desligado direto e o ultimo simplesmente não existe. Um absurdo!
I find it incredible the inability to answer a phone call, there are three different numbers, one calls until the call is dropped and no one answers, the other is disconnected directly and the last one simply does not exist. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone para marcar consulta simplesmente não atende. Mas quanto ao profissional já ouvi falar que é muito bom. Daria 4 estrelas se alguém atendesse o telefone e 5 estrelas se conseguisse a tão sonhada consulta.
The phone to make an appointment simply does not answer. But as for the professional I have heard that it is very good. It would give 4 stars if someone answered the phone and 5 stars if they got the long-awaited consultation.

Marquei a consulta, no dia anterior falei que iria comparecer, ela confirmou, e quando cheguei para me consultar, falou que o médico já tinha ido embora, e nem para me mandar uma mensagem ou telefonema avisando dos horários do médico. Outra vez, confirmei no mesmo dia que iria buscar a receita do medicamento, cheguei lá no horário dito e não havia ninguém na clínica. Mais uma vez, muita falta de compromisso, muita irresponsabilidade. Já fiquei sem remédio 3 vezes (e todos sabem que tratamento para depressão e ansiedade é muito sério).Quanto ao médico, não me dei com ele. Mas isso vai de pessoa para pessoa.
The attendant has already let me down twice regarding the service. I made an appointment, the day before I said I would attend, she confirmed it, and when I arrived to see me, she said that the doctor had already left, and not even to send me a message or phone call informing me of the doctor's schedule. Another time, I confirmed on the same day that I would get the prescription for the medication, I arrived there at the said time and there was no one at the clinic. Again, a lot of lack of commitment, a lot of irresponsibility. I've been without medication 3 times (and everyone knows that treatment for depression and anxiety is very serious). As for the doctor, I didn't get along with him. But it goes from person to person.
