Worst laser clinic. There are no schedules, when we need to reschedule they are thick or make up a thousand excuses, hindering the treatment. Rude receptionist.

Ressaltei que eu tinha compromisso e nĂŁo poderia ficar muito tempo na clĂnica, questionando se nĂŁo seria melhor marcar em outra data. A funcionĂĄria Gabriela informou que poderia ser nesta data mesmo, tendo em vista que a avaliação demora apenas 15 minutos. Cheguei ao local com 5 minutos de antecedĂȘncia, preenchi a ficha e apĂłs aguardar por 20 minutos, a funcionĂĄria da recepção me informou que levaria mais 20 minutos para que eu fosse atendido, tempo este que era incompatĂvel com meu horĂĄrio (40 minutos de atraso). Desmarquei outros compromissos, gastei tempo e combustĂvel para nem mesmo ser atendido. Tremenda falta de respeito!!! Detalhe: enquanto eu estava aguardando, chegou um cliente depois de mim e foi atendido primeiro.

â â â â â Fiz 5 cessĂ”es de laser buço e virilha. Eu jĂĄ tinha feito depilação a laser antes, que tinha sido muito efetiva, mas a mĂĄquina do Dr Laser nĂŁo atendeu minhas expectativas. Apesar de ter pouquĂssimo pĂȘlo, nĂŁo vi resultado algum. Na regiĂŁo do buço fiquei com os pĂȘlos mais grossos e aparentes do que antes das 5 sessĂ”es Dr Laser. Informei Ă s atendentes que eu nĂŁo havia ficado satisfeita e nĂŁo tinha visto resultado, mas ficou por isso mesmo. NĂŁo indico. PĂ©ssimo resultado com depilação a laser.
I had 5 upper lip and groin laser assignments. I had done laser hair removal before, which had been very effective, but Dr Laser's machine did not meet my expectations. Despite having very little hair, I didn't see any results. In the upper lip region I had thicker and more apparent hairs than before the 5 Dr Laser sessions. I informed the attendants that I was not satisfied and had not seen results, but that was it. I do not indicate. Bad result with laser hair removal.
