Mas, o pós cirúrgico, o médico não passa o número de WhatsApp dele pra contato caso necessite de alguma explicação durante a cicatrização e recuperação. A pessoa tem que entrar em contato com a secretária e passar foto do local pra ver se ele responde. O que no caso teve que ter insistência nossa, sendo que o médico não retornou pra dar sua avaliação. Neste lado, poderia haver um tratamento mais humano. E também a secretária não tem muita simpatia no atendimento.
A family member of mine had surgery on him. The doctor is very technical, surgery performed successfully. But, after surgery, the doctor does not give him his WhatsApp number for contact in case you need any explanation during healing and recovery. The person has to get in touch with the secretary and send a photo of the place to see if he responds. Which in the case had to be insisted on by us, as the doctor did not return to give his assessment. On this side, there could be a more humane treatment. And the secretary also doesn't have much sympathy in the service.
