Very long service via WhatsApp, sometimes more than a day to respond, this covers a return. Disorganized team. They scheduled two return dates and only informed me 1 day before the date.

Terrible financial service, I'm pregnant and since 01/18 I'm trying to finish it because the company can't provide the proper treatment and they don't respond or solve anything, and the charges are coming for me to pay!

Agora maior sofrimento para estorno do dinheiro de um serviço não realizado. Simplesmente ninguém responde mais.
Terrible attendance. I don't recommend it under any circumstances. Delay in reply. Total disengagement. They say they're going to set a date and they don't set anything. They keep making excuses and solve nothing. Now greater suffering for refunding money for a service not performed. No one just responds anymore.

Foi feito o pagamento, fingem que agendam o serviço mas não agendam, chega na hora marcada nenhuma das funcionarias sabe de nada, e se fazem de sonsa. Não realizam o serviço, só enrolam o cliente. Não recomendo a ninguém! Caiam fora!
Terrible service and care if I could give 0 stars I would. The company has no respect or commitment whatsoever to its customers. Payment has been made, they pretend to schedule the service but they don't, none of the employees arrive at the appointed time, and they pretend to be. They don't perform the service, they just fool the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone! Get out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso q relutei em fechar o tratamento porém minha esposa me convenceu pois já era cliente e sempre foi muito bem atendida. Comecei a fazer sempre com a mesma moça, um amor e fiquei satisfeito com os resultados. Uma moça loira da recepção sempre trata a gente muito bem, educada e simpática. Recentemente tive informação de que a fisioterapeuta q me atendia não está mais. Uma pena porque é excelente profissional. Fui orientado a continuar o tratamento com as outras meninas. Vamos ver como será.
I confess that I was reluctant to close the treatment, but my wife convinced me because she was already a customer and was always very well attended. I started doing it always with the same girl, a love and I was satisfied with the results. A blonde girl at the reception always treats us very well, polite and friendly. Recently I had information that the physical therapist who attended me is no longer there. A pity because he is an excellent professional. I was instructed to continue the treatment with the other girls. Let's see how it goes.
