★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei agendar a consulta pelo whats da clínica e fui muito mal atendida. A pessoa que falava comigo não se quer respondia minhas perguntas.
Quando questionei sobre o valor da consulta e endereço, ela respondeu: "na foto do perfil tem todos os dados".
Sei que essa área da medicina não tem cobertura pelos planos e o problema não é dinheiro, mas ser atendida dessa forma, sem a menor empatia, jamais.
O médico perderá N pacientes por permitir um atendimento assim. Já fui procurar outro profissional.

I tried to schedule the appointment by whats of the clinic and I was very poorly attended. The person who was talking to me didn't want to answer my questions.
When I asked about the value of the consultation and address, she replied: "the profile picture has all the data".
I know that this area of medicine is not covered by the plans and the problem is not money, but never being treated this way, without the slightest empathy.
The doctor will lose N patients for allowing such care. I went looking for another professional.
