★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica péssima. Cheguei às 07:50 e esperei quase 2h só pra me chamar pra preencher a ficha. Até às 13:00 não tinha saído de lá. O pior é que ninguém te direciona pra lugar nenhum. Você que tem que ir mudando de andar pra ir tentando adiantar com os outros médicos, nos diferentes exames.
 Lousy clinic. I arrived at 07:50 and waited almost 2h just to call me to fill out the form. Until 13:00 I had not left there. The worst is that no one directs you anywhere. You have to change your walking to try to get ahead with the other doctors, in the different exams.

The impression you get is that they are doing you a favor... The service is horrible since the counter service... great for angering... they always serve you grudgingly and with arrogance...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica tem um atendimento péssimo, (não por suas recepcionistas), mas sim pela estrutura que é na frente da praia e não tem UM ventilador sequer para ventilar o ambiente de espera e recepção. A espera é enorme, no momento que estou escrevendo essa reclamação estou a 1 hora e 30 minutos esperando. E detalhe, que na convocação para os exames eles solicitam que fique no mínimo 8 horas sem comer e no máximo 12 horas. Com essas espera toda é bem comum exceder as 12 horas de jejum.
Espero que a administração do local se compadeça dos seus cliente, e principalmente dos funcionários que sofrem o dia todo nesse calor horrível.
The clinic has a terrible service, (not by its receptionists), but by the structure that is in front of the beach and does not even have ONE fan to ventilate the waiting and reception environment. The wait is huge, at the time I am writing this complaint I am waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. And detail, that in the summons for the exams they request that they stay at least 8 hours without eating and at most 12 hours. With all these waits it is quite common to exceed 12 hours of fasting.
I hope that the administration of the place will show compassion to its customers, and especially to the employees who suffer all day in that horrible heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários fazem um bom atendimento, mas o número de profissionais disponíveis faz com que domere pra sermos atendidos. Eu fiquei quase 24 horas em jejum pois demorou pra fazer o exame de sangue.
The employees provide a good service, but the number of available professionals makes it more difficult for us to be served. I was fasting for almost 24 hours because it took me a while to do the blood test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior clinica que eu já fiz exames na vida, parece até o SUS, vc fica em pé do lado de fora esperando uma vida pra entrar, lá dentro vc demora muito tempo esperando pra fazer exames, muito ruim eu não indico ninguém, as empresas que colocam os funcionários pra fazer exame lá são não tem noção, deve ser quase de graça o preço, pq qualidade não tem.
Worst clinic I've ever had exams in, it's like the SUS, you stand outside waiting for a lifetime to get in, inside you take a long time waiting for exams, too bad I don't recommend anyone, companies that they put employees to take the exam there is no idea, the price must be almost free, because there is no quality.

Cheguei hoje às 07:40h e estou até agora aguardando o RX e ainda de jejum, pois não dão sequer um biscoito.
Uma confusão no setor de audiometria pois tem que ficar perguntando a ordem da fila , pois não tem senha.
Atendimento no SUS é bem melhor que esta horrível clínica, se é que pode chamar de clínica !
Exatamente 13:57h e ainda 15 pessoas aguardando RX.

A confusion in the audiometry sector because you have to keep asking the order of the queue, because there is no password.
Service at SUS is much better than this horrible clinic, if you can call it a clinic!
Exactly 1:57 pm and still 15 people waiting for RX.
