Muito grosso, mal educado , fala para o paciente um diagnóstico totalmente exagerado, praticamente que a pessoa vai morrer e a única solução é uma cirurgia ou tratamentos caríssimos. Desrespeito com outros profissionais e com o paciente. É realmente um charlatão. Não dá o recibo de pagamento, nada que comprove que vc esteve lá e passou em consulta com ele. O consultório da lapa , meu Deus parece realmente um estúdio de tatuagem. Salvem suas vidas , não passem com ele. Leiam os comentários pq tudo o que essas pessoas relataram , eu sofri e vi que é verdade. Ele só vai pegar o seu dinheiro e te deixar muito mal, te amedrontar. Pesquise o CRM dele , vai ver que tem vários processos e ele não é especialista em nada.Vou com certeza processa-lo. Ah ele tem uma cúmplice Mônica sua assistente, sei lá. Nunca passem nele.

Disrespect for other professionals and the patient. It really is a charlatan. He doesn't give the payment receipt, nothing that proves that you were there and went to consult with him. The lapa office, my God, really looks like a tattoo parlor. Save your lives, don't spend it with him. Read the comments because everything these people reported, I suffered and saw that it's true. He's just going to take your money and make you feel really bad, frighten you. Search his CRM, you will see that there are several processes and he is not an expert in anything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui consultar com ele por ter visto muito marketing dele na internet, entrevista com Jô Soares e vídeos no youtube.
Inicialmente, ao chegar no consultório, achei o espaço muito ruim, um lugar muito feio, escondido, um ambiente bem insalubre. Mas ok, estava confiante que a o médico era bom.
Começamos a consulta conversando um pouco sobre o que eu estava sentindo e meu desconforto. Durante a conversa me senti confortável para falar do meu problema, achei ele um médico de mente aberta. Após minutos de conversa fui examinado e recebi meu diagnóstico, precisaria fazer uma cirurgia.
Até ai ok, não tinha objeção quanto a cirurgia, eu queria resolver meu problema, no entanto, quando comecei a perguntar mais sobre o procedimento, recebi a seguinte resposta: Não se preocupe, você é muito ansioso e pode deixar que eu estou acostumado a fazer esse procedimento. Eu não estava questionando as habilidades dele, eu queria entender o procedimento cirúrgico que eu seria submetido.
Mas tudo bem, estava com muito dor e resolvi marcar a cirurgia. A partir dai outras coisas começaram a me incomodar. Primeiro a falta de organização, a secretária me pedia para agendar com o Dr. Paulo e ele me pedia para agendar com a secretária, uma falta de comunicação gigante entre os dois. Segundo, após a cirurgia marcada achei a forma de pagamento muito estranha, eu tinha que dar uma entrada de 50% do valor 15 dias antes da procedimento e levar os outros 50% em dinheiro no dia, estamos falando aqui de valores altos, levar dinheiro vivo achei isso muito bizarro.
Me acendeu um luz de preocupação e comecei a pesquisar mais sobre o Dr. Paulo Branco na internet, pesquisei o CRM e descobri que ele não tem especialidade em proctologia, li todos os comentários aqui no google e vi muitas reclamações. Com isso optei por cancelar a cirurgia, já que não estava mais confiante com o médico.
Com isso marquei uma consulta com outro médico que tinha indicação. O diagnóstico desse médico foi o mesmo que o Dr. Paulo, no entanto, ele teve uma conduta completamente diferente, me submeteu a um tratamento não cirúrgico, com uso de pomadas manipuladas. O tratamento funcionou muito bem e resolveu meu problema sem precisar fazer cirurgia e com um valor 1000x menor que o da cirurgia.
Minha conclusão é que o Dr. Paulo acredita que cirurgia é o caminho para resolver tudo, mesmo sem tentar métodos menos invasivos. A cirurgia são procedimentos muito mais rentáveis para ele e eu condeno completamente essa postura, submeter alguém ao risco de cirurgia sem necessidade, apenas para lucrar mais.

But it was ok, I was in a lot of pain and I decided to schedule the surgery. From there, other things started to bother me. First the lack of organization, the secretary asked me to schedule with Dr. Paulo and he asked me to schedule with the secretary, a huge lack of communication between the two. Second, after the scheduled surgery, I found the payment method very strange, I had to make a down payment of 50% of the amount 15 days before the procedure and take the other 50% in cash on the day, we are talking about high amounts here, take cash I found this very bizarre.
A light of concern turned on me and I started to research more about Dr. Paulo Branco on the internet, I researched the CRM and discovered that he has no expertise in proctology, I read all the comments here on google and saw many complaints. With that, I chose to cancel the surgery, as I was no longer confident with the doctor.
With that I made an appointment with another doctor who had an indication. This doctor's diagnosis was the same as that of Dr. Paulo, however, he had a completely different approach, he submitted me to a non-surgical treatment, using manipulated ointments. The treatment worked very well and solved my problem without having to undergo surgery and with a value 1000x less than the surgery.
My conclusion is that Dr. Paulo believes that surgery is the way to solve everything, even without trying less invasive methods. Surgery is a much more profitable procedure for him and I completely condemn this stance, putting someone at risk of surgery unnecessarily, just to make more money.
