★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta particular para meu pai idoso . A consulta dele atrasou 40 min. As recepcionistas sabiam que o médico não tinha mais ninguém para atender e meu pai na sala de espera … então eu perguntei o médico ainda irá demorar ? Porque meu pai tem uma outra consulta . Ai ela disse ohhhh já avisei pro doutor que tem outro paciente e acho que ele esqueceu , então pagamos consulta particular ele esperou 40 min. E a consulta dele durou 9 min. Ele está com um problema e pediram ultra-som . Fiz em outra clínica no mesmo dia para adiantar o processo . Liguei e a secretária disse que só tem vaga para mostrar o exame dia 29/3. Ou seja porque não avisaram que não teriam horário de retorno imediato mediante uma urgência do paciente .
I made a private appointment for my elderly father. His appointment was 40 minutes late. The receptionists knew that the doctor had no one else to attend to and my father was in the waiting room… so I asked the doctor how long will it take? Because my father has another appointment. Then she said ohhhh I already told the doctor that I have another patient and I think he forgot, so we paid for a private consultation he waited 40 min. And his consultation lasted 9 min. He has a problem and they asked for an ultrasound. I did it at another clinic on the same day to advance the process. I called and the secretary said there's only room to show the exam on 3/29. That is, because they did not warn that they would not have an immediate return time due to a patient's urgency.
