★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso com cliente...Após uma cirurgia comprei um aparelho de fisioterapia para mãos, vendedor me garantiu que era regulável, não me forneceram nota, também não a exigir por eu ser cliente da loja...Pelo menos era né, esperei me recuperar melhor pra começar usar e só abrir produto da embalagem original alguns dias após e percebi que o produto era muito pesado e não havia regulagem, voltei na loja e me exigiram a nota que não me deram pra efetuar a troca por outro mais caro onde eu pagaria a diferença, mostrei na minha fatura que havia comprado lá e percebeu-se que hacia 8 dias que efetuei a compra e se negaram a realizar a troca por outro mais caro e eu lafanso a diferença por ter passado 1 dia mais. Por esse motivo que a partir de agora só compro produtos pela internet e prefiro pagar impostos para outras localidades.

I would pay the difference, I showed on my invoice that I had bought there and it was noticed that it had been 8 days since I made the purchase and they refused to exchange for a more expensive one and I laphaned the difference because I had spent 1 day more. For this reason, from now on, I only buy products over the internet and prefer to pay taxes to other locations.
