★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busquei dr Roberto por um quadro de bolas vermelhas queimando em todo o corpo. Ele só falava de alergia por remédios em toda a consulta. Me medicou com corticóide por muito tempo e eu não conseguia melhorar. Eu insistia p ele ampliar a busca. Me fez um teste alérgico (em vão). As atendentes pouco educadas e o fator financeiro é o que mais interessa por la. Meses depois descobri que sofro de urticária provocada por alimentos. O considero pouco profissional.
 I looked for Dr Roberto for a frame of red balls burning all over his body. He only talked about drug allergies throughout the consultation. He medicated me with corticosteroids for a long time and I couldn't get better. I insisted that he expand the search. He did an allergy test (in vain). The uneducated attendants and the financial factor is what most interests her. Months later I discovered that I suffer from food-induced urticaria. I consider him unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não ouve o histórico do paciente, manda tomar umas vacinas que só tem lá mas não explicou pra que serve nas alergias e como agem. Manda fazer os testes de alergia sem dizer quais são, só fiquei sabendo na autorização do plano, se tivesse informado eu avisaria que já tinha feito. Se a consulta foi 5minutos foi muito. A recepção tem aspecto de antiga e empoeirada, tem paredes com mofo preto.

ALGUÉM TEM QUE RETIRAR ESSE MÉDICO DAÍ. DIANTE DE TANTOS RELATOS RUINS NEM VOU LEVAR MEU FILHO, NEM ÍNDICO ESSA CLÍNICA PRA NINGUÉM. TOMARA QUE O ADMINISTRADOR DESSA CLÍNICA LEIA ESSES RELATOS. MUITO TRISTE LER ISSO. AINDA BEM QUE LI A TEMPO.

SOMEONE HAS TO GET THIS DOCTOR OUT OF THERE. IN THE FACE OF SO MANY BAD REPORTS I WILL NOT TAKE MY SON, OR INDICATE THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE. HOPE THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS CLINIC READS THESE REPORTS. VERY SAD TO READ THIS. GOOD I READ IT IN TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Depois de me deslocar de longe, a consulta durou 5 minutos. O médico não fez perguntas, se recusou a me passar exames importantes para o meu caso e me tratou de forma grosseira. Não o recomendo a ninguém.
Terrible service. After traveling a long way, the consultation lasted 5 minutes. The doctor asked no questions, refused to give me important tests for my case and treated me rudely. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após uma reação alérgica severa que meu filho sofreu, procurei o médico Roberto Pacheco por ser o alergologista com disponibilidade mais rápida (dia seguinte à procura), mas sem referência.
A consulta não levou mais que três minutos e ele não só não ouviu o meu relato como não se interessou pelas fotos que apresentei e nem pelo histórico do meu filho. Foi taxativo sobre não existir alergia alimentar além de camarão e me entregou um papel com uma lista de medicamentos que não deveria dar.
Recomendou um teste alérgico feito na própria clínica, que inclusive não aparenta ter manutenção e limpeza e as atendentes tão desatenciosas quanto ele próprio.
Não senti nenhuma credibilidade e não aconselho em nenhuma hipótese.
After a severe allergic reaction that my son suffered, I looked for the doctor Roberto Pacheco for being the allergist with the fastest availability (next day to search), but without reference.
The consultation took no more than three minutes and he not only did not listen to my report but was not interested in the photos I presented or in my son's history. He was adamant that there was no food allergy other than shrimp and handed me a paper with a list of medications I shouldn't give.
He recommended an allergy test done at the clinic itself, which even doesn't seem to have maintenance and cleaning and the attendants as inattentive as he himself.
I didn't feel any credibility and I don't advise it under any circumstances.
