★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a clinica para conhecer o tratamento e, no final, descobri que tinha que pagar pela avaliação sendo que em nenhum momento do agendamento isso foi informado. Durante o atendimento foi explicado que o tratamento tem duração de 3 meses e o valor de investimento é de R$ 2.400 e que parcela em até 3x. Porém, não foi dito que se você não fechar, paga o valor de R$ 235,00 apenas para conhecer e ser avaliada. Total descaso e falta de transparência.
I went to the clinic to get to know the treatment and, in the end, I found out that I had to pay for the evaluation, and at no point in the scheduling was that informed. During the treatment, it was explained that the treatment lasts for 3 months and the investment amount is R $ 2,400 and that the installment is up to 3x. However, it was not said that if you do not close, you pay R $ 235.00 just to know and be evaluated. Total neglect and lack of transparency.

Não hesitou em telefonar para o meu médico especialista e, como se não bastasse, NUNCA errou nenhum dos meus diagnósticos, isso é muita coisa diante da minha deficiência. Seu tratamento junto ao trabalho de reabilitação física da fisio Roberta Lianza me trouxeram de volta o controle e independência do meu corpo. Se você tiver a sorte de um dia se tratar com eles entenderá o que estou dizendo. Equipe sensacional.
Dr Sérgio Lianza was the only one able to get me out of chronic pain and get back to my tasks, the simplest ones even being difficult, half an hour sitting was unbearable. He did not hesitate to call my specialist doctor and, as if that were not enough, he NEVER missed any of my diagnoses, this is a lot in the face of my disability. Her treatment along with the physical rehabilitation work of physio Roberta Lianza brought me back the control and independence of my body. If you are lucky enough to one day deal with them you will understand what I am saying. Great staff.
