★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei o salão pelo Instagram, onde existe um marketing absurdo. Foi minha primeira vez e fiquei decepcionada.
Optei por ir até lá para aproveitar a experiência, a vista do lavatório, etc... Liguei antes para questionar os detalhes sobre como é a lavagem, valores máximos.
A atendente não me informou detalhes sobre levar ou não shampoo, tipo de escovas, o laboratório com vista é somente para quem faz tratamento.. enfim... paguei quase o dobro do valor informado sem ter NADA do que divulgaram.
Dei um feedback para a atendente para que melhorassem, e ela nem se quer se desculpou ou agradeceu pelo meu retorno.
ZERO EXPERIÊNCIA COM CLIENTE.
I found the salon through Instagram, where there is absurd marketing. It was my first time and I was disappointed.
I chose to go there to enjoy the experience, the view from the sink, etc... I called before to ask for details about how the washing is, maximum values.
The attendant didn't inform me details about bringing or not shampoo, type of brushes, the laboratory with a view is only for those who undergo treatment... anyway... I paid almost double the amount informed without having ANYTHING as disclosed.
I gave feedback to the attendant for them to improve, and she didn't even apologize or thank me for my feedback.
ZERO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
