Eu sinto muito por uma entidade dessa! Lamentável, o mercado com profissionais que não superam as necessidades do seu cliente. Entretanto ainda se diz " vip Very importante people" i believe that they dont know the correctly use It.
Não pretendo retornar e nem meu filho a essa instituição .Vamos esperar quem sabe alguém de direito veja.
Não quero feedback, pois a própria entidade que deve ter está visão de prestadora de serviços.
Imagino que como cidadão, e tentar ser um cliente da (vip ) empresa letras minúsculas não consigueria ser! Qualidade muito ruim

I'm sorry for an entity like that! Regrettable, the market with professionals who do not exceed the needs of their client. However it still says "vip Very important people" i believe that they dont know the correctly use it.
I do not intend to return and neither does my son to this institution.
I do not want feedback, because the entity that must have this view as a service provider.
I imagine that as a citizen, and trying to be a client of the (vip) company in small letters would not be able to be! Very bad quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente clínica não tem responsabilidade com o paciente, amava o atendimento ate que começaram a marcar o médico e no dia ligava pra desmarcar estou grávida final de gestação precisava consultar com mais frequência e aii marcavam chegavam no dia desmarcavam por causa do médico fico indignada com isso deveria ter mais de dois médicos na especialidade ou trocar o médico ja que ele não consegue atender a clínica. Entendo que médicos tem plantões mais acontecer isso 3 vezes ja e principalmente no meu caso que não e uma consulta simples e uma gestação que precisa de acompanhamento. E o pior ele so vai duas vezes ao mês DUAS VEZES AO MÊS. ??♀️?
Unfortunately the clinic has no responsibility to the patient, I loved the service until they started to book the doctor and on the day I called to deselect I am pregnant late in pregnancy I needed to consult more often and then they arrived on the day they canceled due to the doctor I am indignant about it there should be more than two doctors in the specialty or change the doctor as he is unable to attend the clinic. I understand that doctors have more shifts happen this 3 times already and mainly in my case that it is not a simple consultation and a pregnancy that needs monitoring. And the worst thing is he only goes twice a month TWICE A MONTH. ??♀️?

Exame marcada para às 9hrs e 40minutos depois, nem sinal de chamar e sem nenhuma satisfação de algum funcionário. O barato sai caro!!!
Exame com melhor valor de outras clínicas mas pela demora, não vale a pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscar informações sobre realização de alguns procedimentos com a recepcionista, e a que estava ao lado respondeu de forma debochada e ríspida.
Isso impossibilitou de sanar todas as minhas dúvidas pertinentes, devido à má qualidade no processo de atendimento. Infelizmente uma péssima experiência, não cogito mais a possibilidade de me tornar cliente.
