★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No que do respeito a marcação de consulta e atendimento, a clínica é okay mas saiba que para adquirir o convênio oferecido por essa instituição, seu primeiro contato é com um dos vendedores deles, os quais recolhem as suas informações e imediatamente descontam seu cartão e depois disso, supostamente, o pessoal do “pós-venda” entrará em contato com você para “concluir a venda” (mas você já pagou!) e depois disso você receberá seu cartão. Três meses depois, ainda não recebi nada! Consegui o número da minha matrícula depois de inúmeras ligações para a mulher que me vendeu. As pessoas que tbm indiquei para ela, estão vivendo o mesmo dilema de terem pago por algo que não podem usar sem ter a quem recorrer, pois na clínica mesmo, ninguém pode ajudar e a vendedora nem se dar ao trabalho de retornar as ligações e a decência de pelo menos visualizar as mensagens no WhatsApp dela Uma vergonha! Como trabalhar na área de saúde sem ter o menor respeito e compaixão pela vida do outro?! Pense bem...
Regarding the appointment and consultation, the clinic is okay but know that to purchase the agreement offered by this institution, your first contact is with one of their sellers, who collect your information and immediately discount your card and then of this, supposedly, the "after-sales" staff will contact you to "complete the sale" (but you already paid!) and after that you will receive your card. Three months later, I still haven't received anything! I got my registration number after numerous calls to the woman who sold me. The people that I also indicated to her, are living the same dilemma of having paid for something that they cannot use without having anyone to turn to, because in the clinic, nobody can help and the salesperson nor bother to return the calls and the decency to at least view her WhatsApp messages A shame! How to work in the health field without having the slightest respect and compassion for the life of others ?! Think carefully...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons, as informações da clínica São muito confusas. é um posto de saúde melhorado. Vc liga e eles não atendem. Se sua consulta for marcada 13:00hs, não se preocupe vc será atendido as 16:00hs. Kkkkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento das recepcionistas , você entra em contato marca o horário da consulta , quando você liga para poder saber se realmente e o horário eles falam outro horário , precisa melhorar muito no atendimento .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para o atendimento com os medico eu indico, agora para o atendimento na recepção e nota -10. Não tem boa vontade em atender parece que está trabalhando por obrigação, marcam 5,6,7.... no mesmo horário, se você agenda as 10:00 horas provavelmente ser atendido as 15:00 horas.
