â â â â â A primeira consulta foi boa, porĂ©m no retorno a mĂ©dica nĂŁo foi e a outra que me atendeu nĂŁo verificou com cautela tudo que a mĂ©dica pediu na primeira consulta. Ou seja o andamento da consulta ficou pela metade, nĂŁo gostei desse desleixo.
The first consultation was good, but on the return the doctor was not and the other who attended me did not carefully check everything the doctor asked in the first consultation. In other words, the consultation progress was halved, I did not like this sloppiness.

â â â â â HĂĄ alguns meses comecei a cogitar a possibilidade de colocar DIU Mirena, assim comecei a procurar algum profissional que fizesse o procedimento pelo meu convĂȘnio. Ao ligar no consultĂłrio, fiz esse exato questionamento a secretĂĄria Rose: se a Dra. Alba colocaria o implante de DIU Mirena atravĂ©s do meu convĂȘnio. Com a resposta positiva, marquei a consulta.
Ocorre que, ao entrar para o que eu achei que seria uma consulta, logo fui informada pela mĂ©dica que ela sĂł realiza o procedimento na forma particular!!! NĂŁo bastasse a falha na comunicação, a mĂ©dica foi logo me despachando e, para todos os meus questionamentos, a resposta era "isso vocĂȘ precisa conversar com o seu mĂ©dico" !!
Infelizmente, estamos acostumadas a mĂ©dicos credenciados pelo convĂȘnio que mal colocam a mĂŁo em seus pacientes, entretanto a Dra. Alba nĂŁo colocou a mĂŁo nem nos exames que levei!!!
Em menos de cinco minutos estava fora da sala dela, sem qualquer orientação mas com uma guia assinada, não é? Aliås, ela sequer teve o interesse de me passar o valor que cobra pelo procedimento!
A few months ago I started to consider the possibility of having the Mirena IUD inserted, so I started looking for a professional who would perform the procedure under my health insurance. When I called the office, I asked Secretary Rose this exact question: if Dr. Alba would put the Mirena IUD implant through my health insurance. With the positive answer, I booked the appointment.
It so happens that, upon entering what I thought would be a consultation, I was soon informed by the doctor that she only performs the procedure in a private way!!! If the lack of communication was not enough, the doctor immediately sent me away and, for all my questions, the answer was "this you need to talk to your doctor" !!
Unfortunately, we are used to doctors accredited by the health insurance who barely touch their patients, however Dr. Alba didn't even touch the exams I took!!!
In less than five minutes you were out of her office, without any guidance but with a signed guide, right? In fact, she wasn't even interested in giving me the amount she charges for the procedure!
