★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato em 11/09 para agendar uma consulta e tive que esperar 1 mês apenas para avaliação (16/10).
No dia 16/10 fiz a avaliação e agendaram somente para 07/10 para começar. No dia 07 eu fui e a DR abriu todo o dente, que segundo ela precisa de um canal e colocou um curativo e marcou o retorno para o dia 18/12 para dar continuidade (mais de um mês depois).
Eu pedi o desligamento da empresa ao qual estava e meu plano ficou ativo até 30/11 mas Liguei e mandei mensagem no dia 14 para avisar e pedindo um encaixe antes da data se possível para que eu pudesse fazer.
Me responderam hoje, um mês depois avisando sobre a consulta.
Atendimento péssimo e lento. NÃO PERCAM SEU TEMPO NESSE CONSULTÓRIO. Se não tem horário disponível não atenda. Simples! Agora lesar o consumidor dessa forma é um absurdo!
I got in touch on 9/11 to schedule an appointment and had to wait 1 month just for evaluation (16/10).
On 10/16 I did the evaluation and only scheduled for 10/07 to start. On the 7th I went and the DR opened the entire tooth, which according to her needs a root canal and placed a bandage and scheduled the return for 12/18 to continue (more than a month later).
I asked to terminate the company I was with and my plan was active until 11/30 but I called and sent a message on the 14th to let me know and asking for an appointment before the date if possible so that I could do it.
They answered me today, a month later, informing me about the appointment.
Poor and slow service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS OFFICE. If you don't have available time, don't answer. Simple! Now, harming the consumer in this way is absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falei com Natalia pelo telefone do consultório a mesma não disponibiliza preços de restauraçao ou mesmo outros valores, pedindo que o paciente venha até o consultorio para ser avaliado, fica minha pergunta: E ae o paciente não gostar do valor do tratamento mesmo sabendo que a avaliação é gratuito quem vai reembolsar o meu UBER por ter perdido tempo e dinheiro em uma consulta da qual a mesma não disponibilizou pelo telefone? Pra que existe telefone? Vc acha que vou pagar um uber pra chegar no seu consultório e não curtir o preço do seu tratamento Dra Alexandra?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma limpeza dental pelo convênio (SulAmerica) e a doutora Alexandra foi ótima, achei que ela tem a mão super levinha e delicada... gostei e recomendo. É necessário marcar com pelo menos 1 mês de antecedência a data que você quer fazer o procedimento, ela tem uma agenda cheia.
I did a dental cleaning through the agreement (SulAmerica) and Dr. Alexandra was great, I thought she has a super light and delicate hand ... I liked it and recommend it. It is necessary to mark at least 1 month in advance the date you want to do the procedure, she has a full schedule.
