Liguei hoje para fazer o cancelamento e falei com a atendente mayte, péssimo atendimento, invés de sanar a solicitação, a mesma forçou a barra pra que eu continuasse com o plano, sem empatia alguma. Se querem fornecer um produto pelo menos deem um bom atendimento aos clientes!!!!
I DO NOT recommend this dental plan, terrible service! I called today to cancel and spoke with the mayte attendant, poor service, instead of remedying the request, she forced me to continue with the plan, without any empathy. If you want to provide a product at least give good customer service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mim era 0 estrelas. Eles prometem desconto relacionado a um cartão de crédito específico e não dão. Eu usei cartão virtual, e o meu só pode ser usado uma vez.. entrei em contato por WhatsApp e pedir o desconto e voltar a pagar, falaram que a área responsável ia entrar em contato comigo. A única vez que me ligaram foi pra cobrar e não pra tentar resolver, ainda falaram que eu estava pagando um valor menor do que o valor certo mesmo, mas desde o começo foi rolo e eu devia ter imaginado. Liguei pra cancelar, a atendente nem se deu ao trabalho de perguntar o pq do cancelamento e falou que a área ia entrar em contato por qualquer meio, um bom atendimento falaria: vou colocar observação aqui p ser por tal meio. Enfim, um lixo de atendimento mesmo.
By me it was 0 stars. They promise a discount related to a specific credit card and don't give it. I used a virtual card, and mine can only be used once... I contacted WhatsApp and ask for the discount and pay again, they said that the responsible area would get in touch with me. The only time they called me was to collect and not to try to solve it, they still said that I was paying less than the right amount, but from the beginning it was roll and I should have guessed. I called to cancel, the attendant didn't even bother to ask the reason for the cancellation and said that the area would get in touch by any means, a good service would say: I'll put a note here to use this means. Anyway, a garbage service.
