★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um tratamento ortodôntico com Dr Aline, não fiquei tão satisfeito pq demorou mais tempo do que ela informou no início do tratamento, mas tive que tirar o aparelho mesmo assim por motivo de viagem. Porém isso foi o mais tranquilo, até aí ok. O que mais me revoltou é por ela não ter feito ao longo desse tempo as restaurações simples que poderiam ser feitas. Após tirar o aparelho ela fez "uma" somente..... e confirmou que estava tudo ok! Passado 3 meses, vou fazer um check up em outro dentista e pra minha surpresa, tem 5 restaurações para serem feitas, coisas que ela poderia ter feito e não fez e nem viu, inclusive onde estava a "banda" do aparelho, que ocasionou uma cárie (comum por utilizar a banda). Ela diz que estava tudo ok??? Eu iria fazer pelo convênio e acredito que ela não queria... seria mais honesto ela falar que pelo convênio não compensava pra ela, ao invés de mentir. Agiu de má fé, por isso não indico pra ninguém!
I underwent an orthodontic treatment with Dr Aline, I was not so satisfied because it took longer than she informed me at the beginning of the treatment, but I had to remove the device anyway for travel reasons. But that was the most relaxed, so far ok. What disgusted me the most is that she did not make the simple restorations that could be done during that time. After removing the device she did "one" only ..... and confirmed that everything was ok! After 3 months, I will do a check up at another dentist and to my surprise, there are 5 restorations to be done, things that she could have done and did not do or even see, including where the "band" of the device was, which caused a caries (common for using the band). She says everything was ok ??? I would do it for the health insurance and I believe she didn't want to ... it would be more honest for her to say that the health insurance did not pay for her, instead of lying. He acted in bad faith, so I don't tell anyone!
