Agendei uma consulta para minha filha de 4 anos através da indicação de outro médico.
Chegando lá, fomos informados que " a médica estava "um pouco" atrasada".
Esperei por 1 hora e 40 minutos, a maior parte do tempo sentado no chão do corredor (não havia espaço na sala de espera) tentando entreter minha filha.
Após a espera, pedimos para acertar a consulta antes de entrar para não ter que perder tempo na saída. A secretária informou que só aceitavam dinheiro. ( o que não haviam nos comunicado em momento algum até então).
Explicamos que estávamos sem dinheiro suficiente em especie e me propus a fazer uma transferência online e enviar o comprovante.
A secretária foi consultar a Dra Ana Neder que veio a recepção chamar outro paciente e nos deu a seguinte resposta depois de 1 hora e 40 de espera com uma criança: "vocês precisarão ir ao banco, sacar o dinheiro e retornar em seguida para serem atendidos.!"
Falta de respeito com os pacientes.
I was extremely disappointed with the service.
I scheduled an appointment for my 4-year-old daughter by referring another doctor.
Once there, we were told that "the doctor was" a little "late".
I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes, most of the time sitting on the floor in the hall (there was no space in the waiting room) trying to entertain my daughter.
After waiting, we ask you to make an appointment before entering so that you don't have to waste time on your way out. The secretary said that they only accepted money. (which they had not communicated to us at any time until then).
We explained that we were out of cash and I set out to make an online transfer and send the receipt.
The secretary went to see Dr. Ana Neder who came to the reception to call another patient and gave us the following answer after 1 hour and 40 hours of waiting with a child: "you will need to go to the bank, withdraw the money and then return to be treated .! "
