★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de compreensão com os pacientes, cheguei ao local por volta das 15:50, sai do trabalho mais cedo de moto correndo paguei estacionamento caro e fui impedido de ser atendido porque a recepcionista falou que deveria chegar até às 15:30, 20 minutos de diferença esses que foram por conta de não conhecer o local e ficar um bom tempo procurando até encontrar e conseguir subir até o consultorio, entretanto tinham vários pacientes aguardando depois do horário já estabelecido no aplicativo da Unimed, que era até às 16:00, observando-se que existe tolerância para o atraso no atendimento das consultas marcadas por parte da médica, mas não existe compreensão se acontecer o mesmo com o paciente, nem o direito ao diálogo eu tive, além do mais que o meu atendimento era para pegar um simples laudo médico para fazer natação. Ficou a sensação que realmente ao espaço não comporta o quantitativo para os atendimentos, visto a quantidade de reclamações de demora, calor e etc por parte de outros pacientes durante os minutos que fiquei no local.
Lack of understanding with patients, I arrived at the place around 15:50, I left work early on a motorcycle, I paid expensive parking and was prevented from being assisted because the receptionist said I should arrive by 15:30, 20 minutes from these differences were due to not knowing the place and spending a long time looking until they found and managed to go up to the office, however, there were several patients waiting after the time already established in the Unimed application, which was until 4:00 pm, observing it is clear that there is tolerance for the delay in attending the appointments scheduled by the doctor, but there is no understanding if the same happens to the patient, nor the right to dialogue I had, besides my care was to take a simple medical report for swimming. I got the feeling that the space really doesn't hold the amount for appointments, given the amount of complaints about delays, heat, etc. by other patients during the minutes I was there.
