★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta e fiquei 1: 13 na recepção aguardando para ser atendida !! Trabalho em outra cidade, peguei rodovia! Acho um absurdo, uma falta de respeito fazer isso com paciente. Não entendo pra que serve agenda se faz de palhaço os pacientes! Engraçado que a tolerância de atraso para o paciente é sempre entre 10 e 15 min. E o recíproco não é verdadeiro! Não indico.
I made an appointment and was 1: 13 at the reception waiting to be attended to !! I work in another city, I took the highway! I think it's absurd, a lack of respect to do this with a patient. I don't understand what the agenda is for if you make a clown for the patients! Funny that the delay tolerance for the patient is always between 10 and 15 min. And the converse is not true!
