Excellent nutritionist! I recommend! Studious, updated, dedicated to patients. The post-consultation follow-up is sensational! It's almost a coach and you don't pay anything extra for it! She even helps to go shopping: she says what is the best oil, best omega 3, best butter, best wholemeal bread, etc...

Em 2022, decidi por iniciar a luta pela hipertrofia, Dione então teve um papel essencial: Me fez atingir o padrão que até então eu achava que era impossível (obtive ganho de massa muscular sem ganho de gordura - aumentei 3kg de músculo). Hoje estamos, juntos, caminhando para a excelência. Chegaremos lá, pois sei que estou sendo orientado por uma boa nutricionista: que orienta, aconselha, direciona e te mostra o melhor caminho!
In 2018 I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance and moderate gastritis, I was lucky to receive Dr Dione's indication as the right professional to instruct me in this process. In 2022, I decided to start the fight for hypertrophy, Dione then played an essential role: She made me reach the standard that until then I thought was impossible (I gained muscle mass without fat gain - I gained 3 kg of muscle). Today we are, together, walking towards excellence. We'll get there, because I know I'm being guided by a good nutritionist: who guides, advises, directs and shows you the best way!
