Ele leva em consideração todas as pequenas particularidades da minha rotina, o que torna a dieta muito mais assertiva. Sou muito grata pelo trabalho do Dheryk e recomendo fortemente a todos!
 I've been following up with Dheryk since 2019 and, since then, I've not only had good results that changed my life, but I've also learned to have autonomy in my diet so that even when I'm not so focused on the diet, I can maintain responsible eating with my health.
