I underwent Hallux surgery (Arthrodesis) with Dr. Juliana Doering in Dec / 2020. It was perfect. Dr. Juliana is very competent, attentive, charismatic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oi Juliana, tudo bem? Meu nome é Tiago. Me fizeram uma cirurgia de osteotomia no calcâneo para corrigir pé plano. Porém o osso onde eles serraram e depois consolidou ficou fraco, não ficou mais forte como era antes. Ficou uma cicatriz óssea no local. Como consequência disso, ele não fica totalmente firme e vai deslizando pouco a pouco com o tempo para dentro. Porém quando faço exames de raio x, tomografia ou ressonância, eles não detectam essas coisas. No raio x diz apenas que foi feita manipulação cirúrgica no local e na tomografia e ressonância dizem a mesma coisa, sem acrescentar mais detalhes sobre isso ou outra palavra. Minha dúvida dra, era se era possível abrir o osso novamente de forma manual, ou com a algum aparelho no local em que foi aberto a primeira fez, para depois por o osso novamente no lugar e ver se ele cola firma nele, no outro osso. Eu não queria que serrassem o osso novamente, pois ele vão mexer em uma outra área de osso que esta sadia e em um lugar diferente do lugar em que foi feito o primeiro corte. Se com um corte já dá esse problema, imagine então com dois cortes no osso e ainda em lugares diferentes um do outro? Isso não iria resolver a questão. É possível fazer isso? Qual a sua opinião? Obrigado dra por ler a mensagem e tentar ajudar os outros. Obrigado pela atenção e espaço concedido. Aguardo respostas. E um abraço.
Eu esqueci de falar dra, por causa disso meu pé e perna ficaram duras e estão entortando os ossos dessas regiões por causa disso com o tempo. Ficou muito difícil de andar dessa forma, o andar ficou bem torto e esquisito. Na verdade ficou pior que antes de eu não ter mexido.

Hi Juliana, how are you? My name is Tiago. I had a calcaneal osteotomy surgery to correct flat foot. But the bone where they sawed and then solidified became weak, not as strong as it was before. There was a bone scar at the site. As a result of this, it doesn't stay completely steady and it slides inward little by little over time. But when I do x-ray, CT or MRI scans, they don't detect these things. The x-ray only says that surgical manipulation was performed on the site and the tomography and resonance they say the same thing, without adding more details about it or another word. My real question was whether it was possible to open the bone again manually, or with some device in the place where it was opened the first time, and then put the bone back in place and see if it sticks firmly to it, to the other bone . I didn't want them to saw the bone again, as they will move in another area of bone that is healthy and in a different place from the place where the first cut was made. If a cut already gives this problem, then imagine with two cuts in the bone and still in different places from each other? That wouldn't settle the issue. Is it possible to do that? I forgot to mention dr, because of that my foot and leg got stiff and the bones in these regions are bending because of that with time. It was very difficult to walk that way, the walk was very crooked and awkward. It actually got worse than before I didn't move.
