Há mais de um mês atrás havia agendado uma consulta com um bucomaxilo pois precisava urgentemente retirar meus sisos, até ai fui bem atendida, ele me passou um exame que me custou R$275,00 e medicações para fazer antes da próxima consulta que seria a retirada dos sisos, no dia no qual foi marcada a cirurgia eu entrei em contato procurando saber se estava tudo certo para o procedimento e me informaram que o médico não tinha ido, porque ele marcava e depois desmarcava os pacientes, o que achei muito esquisito sem contar que ninguém do consultório me ligou para avisar que teria desmarcado a consulta e me remarcaram pra mais de 20 dias depois com o mesmo dentista, porém á uma semana atrás me enviaram um WhatsApp informando que o dentista (bucomaxilo) havia saído do consultório e me perguntaram se eu queria ser atendida por outra doutora, eu perguntei se ela era bucomaxilo, se atendia o meu plano e se fazia o meu procedimento, informaram que sim, que eu poderia ir hoje (29/10) ás 16:00h realizar o meu procedimento e tomar as medicações que foi instruídas no caso (4 amoxilinas e 2 dexametasonas). Chegando hoje no consultório a "NOVA DENTISTA" informou que não fazia o meu procedimento pelo plano pois os sisos estavam muito inclusos e que só fazia no particular, QUE ABSURDO NÃO? Pedi para sair cedo do meu trabalho, gastei dinheiro com exame e medicações para não ser atendida, sem contar essa BOMBA de remédio que ingeri atoa!
UM DESCASO COMIGO, POIS PERGUNTEI TUDO PELO WHATSAPP, TENHO TUDO ESCRITO E FUI TRATADA DESTA FORMA! NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS....
Neglect!
More than a month ago I had scheduled an appointment with a maxillary mouth because I urgently needed to remove my wisdom teeth, until then I was well attended, he gave me an exam that cost me R$275.00 and medications to take before the next appointment, which would be the removal of wisdoms, on the day the surgery was scheduled I got in touch, trying to find out if everything was ok for the procedure and they informed me that the doctor had not gone, because he scheduled and then unchecked the patients, which I thought was very strange not to mention that no one from the office called me to let me know that they would have canceled the appointment and they rescheduled me for more than 20 days later with the same dentist, but a week ago they sent me a WhatsApp informing me that the dentist (or maxillofacial) had left the office and they asked me if I wanted to be seen by another doctor, I asked if she was maxillofacial, if she met my plan and if she had my procedure, they informed that yes, I could go today (10/29) at 4:00 p.m. to carry out my procedure and take the medications that were instructed in the case (4 amoxicillins and 2 dexamethasones). Arriving at the office today, the "NEW DENTIST" informed me that I was not doing my procedure according to the plan because the wisdom systems were very included and that I only did it in private, WHAT ABSURD NOT? I asked to leave my work early, I spent money on exams and medications so I wouldn't be treated, not to mention this PUMP of medicine that I took randomly!
A NAKE OF ME, BECAUSE I ASKED EVERYTHING THROUGH WHATSAPP, I HAVE EVERYTHING WRITTEN AND I WAS TREATED THIS WAY! I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN....
